NAPA Auto Parts Introduce

Welcome to NAPA Auto Parts, a well-established auto parts store located at 2330 W Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85202, USA. As a key player in the automotive supply chain, NAPA Auto Parts serves as a vital resource for both professional mechanics and individual car owners in the Mesa community and beyond. Operating within the broader category of Auto Repair Stations (in the sense of providing essential goods for vehicle maintenance and repair), NAPA Auto Parts offers a comprehensive inventory of automotive parts, accessories, and tools to keep your vehicles running smoothly and efficiently.

While specific details about the store's environment are not extensively detailed in the provided information, you can generally expect a retail space designed for easy browsing and access to a wide range of auto parts. Typically, a NAPA Auto Parts store features well-organized aisles categorized by vehicle systems and component types. You might find sections dedicated to engine parts, brakes, electrical components, filters, fluids, tools, and accessories. The environment is generally geared towards functionality, allowing customers to locate the parts they need with the assistance of the store's staff.

As an auto parts store, the primary service offered by NAPA Auto Parts is the sale of automotive components. Their extensive inventory likely covers a broad spectrum of makes and models, both domestic and foreign. Based on the positive customer review mentioning parts for an "old Ford pick up," it suggests they cater to a variety of vehicle ages and potentially even some classic or older models. You can generally expect NAPA Auto Parts to offer:

  • Replacement parts for various vehicle systems, including:
    • Engine components (e.g., pistons, gaskets, belts, hoses)
    • Brake system parts (e.g., pads, rotors, calipers, drums, shoes)
    • Electrical and ignition components (e.g., batteries, starters, alternators, spark plugs, wires)
    • Filters (e.g., oil, air, fuel, cabin)
    • Steering and suspension parts (e.g., shocks, struts, tie rods, ball joints)
    • Exhaust system components (e.g., mufflers, pipes, catalytic converters)
    • Cooling system parts (e.g., radiators, water pumps, thermostats)
    • Transmission components (e.g., filters, fluids)
  • Automotive fluids and chemicals (e.g., motor oil, transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, cleaners, additives).
  • Tools and equipment for automotive repair and maintenance (e.g., hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment).
  • Accessories to enhance vehicle functionality and aesthetics (e.g., floor mats, seat covers, lighting, performance parts).

A significant feature highlighted in a positive customer review is the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. The reviewer described the employees as a "great bunch of guys," "very knowledgeable," and "creative gentlemen." This suggests that the team at the Mesa NAPA Auto Parts location possesses the expertise to assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles and potentially offer solutions to repair challenges. This level of knowledgeable customer service can be particularly valuable for individuals who are not automotive experts themselves.

However, it's important to consider the contrasting negative review, which mentions receiving the "wrong brake light bulb even after looking it up on the computer." This points to a potential for errors in part identification, despite the use of electronic look-up systems. It underscores the importance for customers to double-check the parts received and for the store to maintain accuracy in their inventory management and part retrieval processes.

Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not explicitly mention any ongoing sales, discounts, or special offers at the Mesa NAPA Auto Parts location. NAPA as a national chain frequently runs promotions, which might be advertised in-store, online through the official NAPA website, or via local flyers. To inquire about any current promotions or loyalty programs, it is recommended to contact the store directly at (480) 281-0140 or mobile +1 480-281-0140.

In conclusion, NAPA Auto Parts at 2330 W Broadway Rd in Mesa, Arizona, serves as a local auto parts store providing a wide array of automotive components, fluids, tools, and accessories. A notable feature appears to be the knowledgeable and helpful staff, as praised by one customer for their expertise in assisting with parts identification, even for older vehicles. However, a contrasting review highlights the possibility of errors in part selection, emphasizing the need for diligence on both the store's and the customer's part. While no specific promotions are mentioned in the provided information, potential sales or discounts might be available and can be inquired about directly with the store. For local users in Mesa seeking a comprehensive selection of auto parts and potentially valuable assistance from experienced staff, NAPA Auto Parts represents a key resource within the community's network of automotive services and suppliers.

Im So Glad I went to This Napa Location, Instead on auto zone. I Went for oil/filter at least $5 cheaper than autozone plus. NAPA supports Military. In these Times of High Inflation & taxes, NAPA is more affordable than Auto zone. Plus you get a Free Hat. U.S.A. !!!

I ordered a part overnight only to be told the next day that their truck doesn't run on my pick-up day. I asked why overnight was an option when it wasn't a possibility, and the staff member chuckled. He went on to state that people are always upset about the delay. I suggested that he update the system so customers could make an informed decision because I ONLY purchased the part from them because they offered it the next day. He was silent. The next day, so basically, the 3rd day I called to check on my part, and the man who answered the phone was rude. He said that I needed to speak to Casey. I asked if I could give him my name so he could check the system. He repeated that I needed to wait for Casey. He then said, without taking my name that my part would be available for pick up in a few days. I questioned how he obtained this information without asking my name and was told that he received no deliveries today. I was livid so I drove to the store and guess what, my part was magically there.

Went in to return a flexplate that I ended up not needing for my project and to hopefully acquire some bolts and studs secure my starter. The gentleman that helped me was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and diligent in helping me find a solution as well as a led upgrade to my rear seat dome lamp.
