Walked in on Sunday, no employees available to help-could hear them in the back loudly complaining about their job and them needing to work at DoorDash for more money. Left my purchases on the counter, will go somewhere else. When they were on Rochester, they were great. Guess those employees didn’t make the move.

I had to give one star just to able to post! The deserve negative!! They are closed! They shouldn’t even have it on the website! In this area there are no auto supply stores, and I’m not from around here. I trusted it to be open like the site said. If this is what get from Napa service system, this sucks!

Terrible experience. I ordered a part for curbside pickup and when I arrived, I was informed that I would have to come into the store to complete the transaction. Once inside I was asked to hand over my credit card and license to complete the process. The clerk wasn’t wearing a mask, and while completing the transaction, several others came out without masks or distancing. I was in the store with 6 unmasked people standing around. If I hadn’t already paid and was in the middle of completing the transaction, I would’ve left to go somewhere they respected their customers enough to follow governmental regulations. Regardless, I will never buy from NAPA again.
