Store fill in clerk was great, looked up an antenna. Went to find it in the back. It was nowhere to be found. Pour inventory control, had to go to auto zone, they had a great selection to choose from.

Hubby call first, the went into store to order part. Promised a delivery on Saturday, with a Friday possibility. Called n went to store Friday, nothing, Saturday (stuck at warehouse)nothing, Sunday, Monday(holiday), Tuesday(ordered at another parts store) Wednesday, Thursday (comes in from other store), and Friday still no part from Napa. Go in to get refund from Napa, told the warehouse flooded. Same warehouse….Make it make sense. Horrible customer service! Don't bother to call the number 800-538-6272, provided below. the person was just as UNHELPFUL by transferring me to a PROMPT RECORDING, to assist. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! how are they still in business!

This was the only place that had a part I needed for my Mercedes. The lady was rude on the phone and when we got there to pick it and and to look at a couple tools she acted like we was keeping her for doing something and didn't want to be bothered by us, so I did not make any extra purchases and only got the part I called about and left. I do not recall her name but she was older like myself and skinny with short blond hair. If you want to hot o a place that will give you exceptional customer service, go to O'Rillies on 301.
