I brought in my battery for a warranty replacement and the manager just brushed me off. He told me to go to a store 40 minutes away to replace my battery when the day before I came to the same store and the gentleman working there said that I would just have to get the manager to replace it here, but I had to drive 40 minutes away. I called the store before I went there the one that is 40 minutes away and asked about changing the battery and they said he should be able to change it there. You don’t have to drive all the way over here and then I went to another store and they changed the battery there so the manager needs to get it together. No one should have to drive 40 minutes away to a different store to change the battery when their store is perfectly capable of changing the battery. The service was really bad.

My go-to store @7418 HWY 301 S. Been going there for 4 years since moving to FL. Just left the store and felt compelled to post this. Today, rude, racist and arrogant Asian employee working there needs to be trained on proper way to engage African American customers. I'll never go to that store again.

I had gone to another AutoZone to look for a tool and the boy very politely referred me to that AutoZone when I arrived I was already sawed but they attended to me the worker wanted me to pay for a tool that was not for which I had gone but he insisted that I pay for that to which I told him that it was not the one I was looking for Specifically in that AutoZone I received a bad treatment and bad manners from that worker I practically kicked out of the store very rudely I understand that it was late but if he did not want to sell he did not have to say that he had it and that he was going to wait for me I was very disappointed by the bad treatment I received and for not having solved what I went to buy

I’ve been going to AutoZone for probably 20 years in two different states and I have never received such great service.
