Showed up 20 minutes before close, door was locked. Me and 3 other customers were knocking and the employee came out and told us “ya we are slow towards the end of the day so we are closed” and shut the door in our face. I understand if it were 5-10 minutes before close, but we drove all the way here and had almost a half hour until close. Really messed up

I have just started two utilize this location. I've had all the positive customer service from an individual by the name of Daniel. He has gone out of his way to locate some items that are hard to find. I have watched the other staff, and I have found nothing negative to say about them. I would not hesitate to give a negative comment if it was deserving. I will continue to use this location in the future.

They should change the hours to say open when they feel like it. Don’t show up within 30 min of opening or closing because they most likely are not open.

Got told off by some employee named Luz she has zero customer service . I didn't know employees at napa pocketed the money for parts i know what i saw . LP needs to keep an eye on her definitely.
