馃啒鈥硷笍鈥硷笍 I was getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I've been going there several times. Last time, I smelled a little oil burning later the day. I was sure it was probably just because they spilled a little on the engine. That happens. But then the next day I pulled up to the barbershop and oil smoke was billowing out of my hood. I opened my hood afraid something was terribly wrong. Oil was sprayed all over the engine and all of the components including the exhaust. Burning off of everything. The oil cap was sitting on the front of the radiator. Oil was spraying out the fill hole. The dipstick was halfway out of the tube. This is insane. The number of things that are necessary to complete an oil change are extremely extremely small. I was going on a road trip. If I had gone on the road trip before I got my haircut God only knows how much oil would have sprayed out of my valve cover. I told them I would not bring my car back to them because I could not trust them and that I would take care of it myself. I asked for a refund of my measly $29 and the manager refused to refund it. He said he would give me a free oil change. Why in the h e double toothpicks would I ever want him to change my oil again? SEE PICS it's hard to see the puddles of oil, there were puddles. Look to the right of the rod holding up the hood, next to the round part covering the shock. Can see it there. The other pic on the plastic lip at the bottom of the black plastic at the top of the firewall. My oil change was only $29.95 and it included an inspection. Joe explained to me that I need to get my CV axle replaced along with some worn hoses. I appreciate them going the extra mile without pressuring me to pay right away. I appreciate excellent service!

Tyler gave me a terrible experience. I came in for my 3:30 appointment for oil change & waited until 4:01 to get checked in & stated he thought I鈥檇 been checked in. He gave me a wait time of an hour to an hour & 15 mins. I gave him an 1.5 before I returned & when I got back my car was in the same place I left it. I stated I needed to pick up my mom but he stated he told me it鈥檒l be done by 6pm just to give me talkback, after already stating it鈥檒l take an hour at 4pm. I was nice & polite but I don鈥檛 appreciate being lied to twice. I will not be returning to this location & for future reference please give proper wait times & let your customers know you鈥檙e backed up & short staffed before being money hungry. I don鈥檛 appreciate that.
