Every time I go to this location, I feel like I am interrupting a lodge meeting. This store is fully staffed with older gentlemen who seem inconvenienced to do their jobs. The location is so close to my house but I would rather drive to Cleveland Ave for better service. Never again.

If you are someone looking for car parts, you should save yourself some time and just head over to NAPA. Every time I’ve gone to another auto parts store I’m met most of the time with people that don’t even greet me or care I’m in their store and they have not one clue about cars in general. Who wants to come into an auto parts store to be coaxed into buying the wrong thing? I can feel rest assured with NAPA. Their prices are reasonable and they were a lot of help, and really go over and beyond. Thank you Tom for your outstanding customer service! I will be back soon!

Love the guys at this store. Very helpful. I bought a hub assembly online 4 months ago went out again Napa gave me an option to buy a fleet hub cheaper than their competition I will be back to this store to get the 2nd one
