Weber Road Auto Service

I've been going to Weber Auto for about 5 years and I can't say enough about how wonderful they are. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The service is spectacular, pricing is fair and transparent, they provide guidance about what needs attention now versus what can wait until later, and they explain what I need to know in terms I can understand. I am so grateful to have a shop I trust and actually enjoy visiting!

I've been bringing my vehicles here for well over a decade. They do great work and are always forthcoming about what needs and doesn't need done. Their customer service etiquette (both phone and in person) is second to none; so friendly they feel like family and you can tell they truly appreciate their customers. I recommend them to everyone I know and I won't take my car anywhere else.

Great auto company! They are very knowledgeable and communicate with you well about your auto needs. Very friendly and they make sure they get back with you to see if you might have any questions and that you’re happy with their service. I would definitely recommend Weber Auto for your auto needs!

My guys at Weber always take care of business! Got my son’s car towed there for a bad starter, and they got it taken care of same day! That’s why I don’t bother going anywhere else! Thx guys!

I had a check engine light on Friday around 2pm and plans to drive to Georgia on Saturday, so I needed a last minute engine scan. Weber let me know that they likely would not be able to do maintenance, but they could scan the vehicle for me to make sure that the car is safe to drive 500 miles the next day. We brought it in around 3:30, and they let us know that the battery died and jumped it for us. They were willing to change the battery that night and did all they can so that my plans of driving the next day could still happen. As a 22 year old woman it is hard to find a mechanic who is trustworthy, and Weber was beyond that. They made great conversation while we were waiting and cared that our service was done that day, even though we did not have an appointment. It was a lovely experience during a stressful time, and I will be recommending Weber to everyone I know in the Columbus area!
