I can’t be mad about the answer but I can be pissed about the service. Woman was helping a man when I walked in, I hopped in line was acknowledged and thanked for waiting. Continued to wait and was skipped over to help 2 other men. A different employee in the back came out to tell me they couldn’t help with what I needed. So rude and an awful waste of time.

Quality parts, helpful staff, reasonably priced. Recommend for folks who don't use $6 eBay sensors in a vehicle that moves their loved ones in a snowstorm. I learned and now use quality. The quality staff is a great bonus. I've seen nothing that could be improved upon.

I stepped into Napa today for just a battery quote. I must say a gentleman by the name of Josh is the reason I walked out with a battery, wipers, and something else I had no intentions of buying. 😊. Just terrible service, we spoke on through the phone asking them If they had break pads for said car and said yes and when we arrived there at the store we just wanted to make sure that these were the break pads and as I was speaking he interrupted me, mad , saying “I wouldn’t have the break pads here if they weren’t for the truck” and so I left and guess what happened the break were not the ones for my truck so I had to go back and return them.

I called and both managers john and josh were extremely rude. They advised me that my car could not be serviced though when I spoke to a woman on highs Napa she was very knowledgeable. She is not working today so I'm calling advanced auto parts on Parsons. They were all plesent and very helpful as well as cheap
