I've been going here as long as wrenches have been around. I like the help I get for my needlessly kooky projects. Need an o ring to fit a 54 belchfire? They probably have it or know a "guy". Early hours nearly every day and just late enough always...who needs to work past 2 on a Sunday? Give it a rest already. Lyons is a bit inconvenient to get to on weekdays after about 4 due to the crazy intersection at 1st and ogden. But who cares when you get the stuff you need!! Blessed to have the LaGrange location nearby too. Equally astounding assistance from them. Very happy to have the extra assistance over the other options.

I made the mistake of trying to get parts from O'Reilly and Advanced Auto , first, as they were closer to me. What a bunch of clowns at Advanced. Napa is reliable and I recognized the employee who assisted me from at least 3 years ago. Great to see they retain employees who understand the auto part business and are friendly to the customer. Thank you! I will think twice before wasting time with the amateurs next time.

Bad customer service. They take 10 minutes to find my part and then they call the other locations to see if they have it. After the call, they then suddenly find it. As they find it, the two employees started to argue with each other. Very unprofessional. As much as I like this store for the convenience, I would rather drive all the way to the countryside Napa.

So I wish I could of got the numbers off the Napa car but a driver cut me off. When I switched lanes we came to a red light and he rolled down his window calling me a dirty Mexican and I should learn how to drive. He was a older white man leather jacket and a very thick European accent.
