No stars!!! My car was damaged. Glass shards and debris were left in the car. I have spoken to two managers who strung me along and then ghosted me. Five days ago, I was told by the last manager that I would hear from the district manager. Still nothing. I have kept detailed notes about this horrendous experience. Terrible customer service. Instead of talking directly to the Lyons location, I kept being rerouted to an answering service and then got connected to a manager in a different state. Ridiculous! I will be sharing this experience with everyone I know. 11/11/2024 My car windshield was replaced at 8717 Ogden Ave., Lyons, IL by Jaun on 11/14/2024 and my car was damaged and had shards of glass and debris. The front desk was unmanned when I picked up my vehicle. I called (708) 998-3744 to speak to the store manager and was rerouted to an answering service who said that someone would call me back. 11/12/2024 Brook called me back around 5 PM on 11/12/2024 and said she was the manager. She told me to send pictures of the damage to her phone, which I did. I also reported that there were glass shards and debris left in the vehicle. Brook apologized for the damage and the glass shards and debris. She said it was unacceptable and she would take care of the damages and clean the vehicle. Brook said she would research replacement parts and would contact me the next day with information. She also said she would come to my home to clean the vehicle that same day. 11/12/2024 At 6:13 PM Brook texted me that she was no longer coming to clean the car and would come after 12 PM on 11/12/2024 instead because she had to feed her dog. I answered OK and that I would prefer to get a quote for the replacement part and install from the dealer. I asked if that was acceptable. No response. 11/13/2024 No response, so I texted at 11 AM and asked Brook if she could accommodate my request. No response. I requested a response around 1 PM. Brook responded around 2 PM and said she was on the road and heading back to the shop. I reached out again at 3 PM. No response. Brook texted me around 5 PM and said she would message me from her primary number because the one used up until this point was a second line on her account. Brook texted me from the new number around 6 PM with "Hi it's Brook". I asked for her boss' number at that point. Brook responded that she had an open schedule the next day to get my car cleaned up and that she had to see the car in person to "decide or guess best way moving forward". I responded that I cleaned up my car because I needed to take my mom to the hospital that day and the shards of glass were unacceptable and unsafe. I summarized that Brook said the car would be cleaned 11/12/2024 and there was no communication. I again asked for her boss' number and explained how my experience had been atrocious and lack of communication about it was unacceptable. No response. 11/14/2024 At about 9 AM, I called the Auto Class on 8717 Ogden Ave., Lyons, IL and was rerouted to an answering service again. I was connected to a manager in a different state by the name of Ashlyn J. Ashlyn apologized and said that she would help find a solution. She asked me to send her an email with the picture of the damage to my vehicle and she would contact Brook and the district manager on my behalf. I received no response to my email and no one has called me.
