I am very impressed with the NAPA Kasota Ave location. All of the staff working there were very helpful today! I had to call to check if the battery for my car was in stock, because their website kept sending me to another store and I could not change it. They need more work on their website! Ron was helpful when he answered the phone, but he was at lunch when we got there. However, he communicated well with the other staffs. They knew exactly what I wanted when asked for Ron, and took out the exact battery right away! Very impressive! When I came back to return the old battery, a young man took the battery out of my trunk for me because it was heavy! Very good service!

I’ve been in a couple times to pick up parts. Older dude always comes over to make comments about me disappearing in aisles. I realized on my latest visit it’s theft management behavior, meanwhile I’m just on my phone looking up what specific part I need for my rig. I’ve also never seen them treat others like that. The only time he talks to you is to check that you aren’t stealing something, otherwise he’s not interested in helping or ringing up. Two at the counters and neither helps. I had to wait for a third, young and friendly employee to make a purchase. And that’s after they served a customer that came in well after I’d even been standing at the counters. If you’re queer or woman, my suggestion is to find another place for parts.

This NAPA location is sort of tucked away to the West side of 280 but is well stocked generally speaking. The experience is typical of most NAPA stores meaning you'll go to the counter for the part you want as opposed to walking down aisles to find things in plastic packs on shelves. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

I wouldn't take the time to write the review if my experience was anything short of incredible. Chris in the paint department is as knowledgeable as they come, and he's equally friendly. I received the touch-up I needed and got the customer service that I wanted. Highly recommend this store!

Tools and parts great deals and value. My visits to this store is mainly for the expert paint department the guys know their stuff and have always given me a quality product and service. Another BMW to paint!
