Ordered part 05:09:25 said it will come 05:15:25 in the morning. And that day they said they ordered the wrong part and the wrong one came. And you need to wait another 2 days. And the 17th will come. On the 17th I came and they told me the detail has not yet arrived. Said we would call, did not call . 19th I myself came and they said there is no detail in stock and we cannot provide you and returned the money. Could immediately say that you cannot provide the part. I just waited 10 days and at the end I didn't get anything.

They helped me look up the aftermarket radiator and thru a little trial and error we came up with the correct cap. Their level of customer service made me feel comfortable and appreciated. I ordered some clamps that I located from their catalog. They cannot source him through a warehouse. They said they’re not available. They’re ordering them from another store from Hawaii does not make sense at all. No one knows with the right hands doing. Brandon and Ernesto have very bad customer service. They never called update me on the status of the order. They have no idea what they’re doing.
