Was a pleasure shopping at Napa. Sales person was awesome and took the time to help me get a battery for my truck and hydraulic fluid for my tractor. This place has everything you need. Just a tip go there first, you will be so happy you did.

Ordered online, got the message and email that my order was ready for pick up. Show up after work maybe 15 minutes before close. They said they couldn’t find it and asked if I payed? And proceeded to turn off the store lights not even 2 minutes after they “looked” it was just an oil change kit. But that’s fine I guess I can take my business where they want to take care of their customers

I wish they have more parts in stock /on the shelf. Order for tomorrow I can myself from the internet. Stores are to have parts on the shelf not shine&wax junk - thats what walmart is for. Nice crew thou -u got some stars thanks to them. P.s. to make it better. Every time some comes in and ask for part you don't have order 3-5 and keep 'em on shelf. . .
