Our battery died on one of the coldest nights this winter (-20 with windchill). We had called a different O'Reilly and they were not willing to work in the cold. Called for a part very rude individual over the phone was of no help told me to call another location since part was no longer available but I have lifetime warranty on item. Bensenville location helped me out on getting another replacement brake pad.
