Rude and unhelpful. Calls out “gotta keep the lights on” as I’m still shopping in the store. Price online shows $19.99. Competitor selling for $22.99 and price in store is $27.99. 20% more for a store down the road? I’m all for supporting the small guy but not with that attitude.

Today I stopped in to get a battery replacement for my vehicle. I met a father and son tandem named Mike and his dad, Milton. Milton is an absolute gem, A gentleman, A knowledgeable professional, but what makes this visit worthy of a perfect rating is…SERVICE. Milton went above and beyond the call of duty. Educated me on the science of batteries. I was so impressed by this gentleman that I introduced him to my family…because he made me feel like his. Thank you Milton for who you are and what you do. To anyone who may be reading this…go to the Novi location (a small independent store, not a big box store that treats you like cattle) spend your money and support this business.

The guys at the shop are super friendly especially & knowledgeable, Mike and John extremely helpful. The dealership wanted to charge me $55 for the air filter for my Acura, I was able to get it at half that price to install it myself for the same OEM air filter. They had to order it, but it was in on the next business day. Definitely Shop local!!
