Needed two feeler gauges small bought last one at o'rileys $4.81 with tax Napa 20.13 exact same one .they were behind counter he talked about stuff in the store took a while to rung me up.only one in there.when he told me the price .I said wow ! He says you tell me with a smirk. If you need something and go in there be prepared to be taking advantage of .the guy knew what he was doing.wont be back myself.

The prices are high, the guy at the counter seemed like he was laughing at me, weird ! There parking lot is dirt and gravel, would not recommend visiting this particular NAPA Auto Parts store, I hope the air filter I bought is of good quality otherwise I’ll recommend you skip this business and all locations all together

Ordered from Napa online for the first time and did an in store pickup. Wasn’t the exact part I needed, so I figured I’d just return it at this location. When I went in, the guy at the counter asked me how he could help me. Told him I’d like to return the tool and put it on the counter with my receipt. His cell phone rings and he answers it and has a good 45 second long conversation while I stand there slightly insulted and ignored. Once he hangs up, he only says that they do not do returns on tools. Thanks for answering the call and making me wait to just tell me that you weren’t going to do the return... FYI Napa customer service says they absolutely do returns on tools (especially unused and still packaged ones) and to try to return to another store. Save your time and go to Auto Zone 30 seconds down the street. They treat you with more respect.

This place is awesome. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Will happily order anything they don't have in stock and it usually comes the next day. Highly recommend!
