My wiper blade broke on I90 in Erie Friday in that snow storm a half hour before they shut 90 down. Headed home a back way since 90 was closed and this was the first auto parts I ran into. The thing is the only blade they had was 20 bucks. Its nothing special it's just a 19" wiper blade. I was going to put a pair on but not at that price. Didn't have a choice and they knew it. Oh well I won't be going back there again.

The employees are unbelievably knowledgeable, particularly James. We needed one tiny tiny part and once we explained it to him he knew exactly what the part was. They were out of stock, but their other NAPA store had it. They even had one of their delivery drivers go and pick It up for us. Very helpful, excellent excellent customer service. Thanks again James!

Very easy to get in stores nice And clean good help well knowledge with the parts will definitely go back again what happened to buck he was knowledgeable every time I stop there to get parts when in today did not see him he said he didn't work there anymore maybe if the guy running the store would be a little more friendly still a nice store couple of the employees were slow probably just getting trained when you get a good employee try keeping them
