Helpful & friendly, as always. I needed parts that you can't get by telling someone make & model. Just a description of what it was & the guy knew it. So much better than having to say make, model, engine, 2 or 4wd, etc, for a tag light (I'm not kidding about that one!). I've been here before. If it wasn't in stock, it was ordered & received on or before the date & time promised. This is a great place for personalized service.

After several negative occurrences at Advanced Auto on Main st in Clover SC my husband went here to NAPA. Not sure what to expect, he was pleasantly surprised at not only the professionalism but also how down to earth Danny and the other staff members were. Thanks to this encounter our family will ONLY give this store our business for car care. Being as we have several cars and my husband is a jack of all trades, I expect that to be pretty often! Really good guys at this store!

Slow service even when one or no other customers in the store. Had a hydraulic line made and was charged for 11' when my line was only 4' with no explanation. Will go somewhere else from now on.

They couldn't replace the starter my family got there in February.. Instead of giving me my money back cause I had a receipt, he sent someone to NC... 50 minutes away, and didn't tell us they close with in the hour... on a Saturday 1pm Real stupid to wait till Monday. U don't deserve a start only way to post
