Needed an inverter since my generator wouldn't work. No one else had any, NAPA ordered a 2kw from Charlotte and it didn't arrive and they searched and found a 3kw inverter in the back hidden. Sold it to me for cost. Handles 2 fridges, a deep freezer, light and phone chargers and it's only using 13% of the inveryet capacity.. yay Saves my food and now we have ice.

I came in with a golf cart part that I needed to have replaced just as a shot in the dark. The young man that helped me was very helpful, even though the part was not available at the store. He checked Amazon for me and probably saved me a bunch of money. I couldn’t leave without buying something, so he helped me pick a diesel additive that I needed anyway. I felt like a valued customer and would return here for sure.

On Saturday 01/15/2022 we went to the Forest City Napa store to buy a battery for a back up generator needed for a very large cooler . Our local store in Landrum SC did not have the correct size to replace the one we bought from there only 6 months ago , and we just didn’t have time to wait for them to order one , so they checked other localities and found one in Forest City . We drive there and arrive at 1:06 pm . Their sign says they close at 1:00 pm , my husband knocked on the side door and a guy opens it , my husband explains that we REALLY need the battery , could he please sell it to us. The guy absolutely refused , stating that his computer system was already shut down, husband offered (1) to pay cash , (2) pay more with a credit card(3) showed him the receipt for the one we had purchased in Landrum Napa to reference the price This guy refused to offer assistance whatsoever. With a huge storm on the way the next day it’s such a shame that someone wouldn’t take a few minutes out of their day to help a customer and also at the same time make a sale for Napa. I don’t know what the guys name was but he certainly gets zero credit for being a thoughtful person that day . Big shout out to Batteries Plus in Spartanburg for getting us hooked up with a new battery and great customer service . Also cheaper price and brand named battery.
