Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Please save yourself time and money and do not go here!! I paid $75 for an oil change and two weeks later started experiencing engine issues and guess what? There was NO OIL in my car. Not even a drop. No leaks. Oil was never put into my car! I have contacted corporate as this is ridiculous. Other locations owned by this company have had several of this same complaint! Please take your car elsewhere.

Been coming here for 15 years but it was sold six months ago. With one car in front of me I was here 52 minutes for a basic oil change that cost me $20 more than usual. Won’t be back. Keep in mind all these good reviews are from before it was sold. The only positive of the trip was Gene, a very kind and funny fella.

Since moving to Rutherford County a few years ago. This is the only oil change shop I visit. I trust them with my newer vehicles. The technicians have good attention to detail. I have always had excellent service and will keep coming back. Thanks

I gave 4 stars because the price was more than $20 more than when it was Pennzoil. The mechanic was the same guy - I hope he gets to see some of that increase in his pay. Everything seems to be on a computer now also, which is probably a good thing.

I’ve seen the reviews and yes, it did take a little bit longer than normal, And I just learned today the original owner sold out and hope him the best. Now this town has a new.. in and out oil service in same great location, and everything will smooth itself out, im sure a few more hands top side would speed things up, i still recommend this place thank you for your services ill be back again
