NAPA Auto Parts Creston Customer Reviews

I went here as a courier for one of their customers and they already sent the order with one of their employees. They were unkind about it. They cost me over an hour of work and the $20 courier fee. I was lied to when he discovered his mistake. Then I had to call the customer about the issue and he jumped on the phone to call them and stop me from telling them the truth. He lied to them too. I was working in Medina so I was not close when I got the order. However, we live in Westfield and will never use this place. How you treat the little guy says so much about a person. We have had our business for many years and we are successful because we treat everyone the same- respectful. We treat all the folks like they matter. This company does not. They didn’t care what they did to me and tried to manipulate the situation instead of doing the right thing. It makes me upset for many reasons. The main thing is I can’t support a local mom-and-pop shop and I’m a huge supporter of them. The sad part for them is they treated a local support system like they were better than them. Word of mouth is what keeps businesses in business these days. So you should treat even the lowly courier with respect.

This place is great! They have had many items in stocks for many different projects I've done. Every time I need something they have it. No need to run in Wooster or Medina! Employees all very knowledgeable!

The gentleman at the store was very helpful. Knew his stuff, and didn’t mind talking to someone who doesn’t know what the hell they’re doing. Very highly recommend.

Had a very good experience. The guy that answered the phone found what I was looking for when others turned me away. I was very surprised how many heavy duty truck parts they had in stock. Not a ton of stuff but they had alot, including my air dryer! Good hours for a store in the middle of such a small town. Thanks for the help guys. I had to join google plus so I could leave a review, which I thought was weird but it was worth it. Thanks again!

Mike was disrespectful when I asked to order my parts without paying before hand. I told him I could pay when the parts were in and he looked at me like I broke the law. I went elsewhere and saved 300$ on top of it. Guy acted like I Went there and inconvenienced him for trying to order parts. He lost a $750.00 sale for being rude.

The guy at the counter the dude with the big head. Is totally rude and lacks communication skills with the customers. Very snarky attitude and always acts like he hates his job. His attitude is enough to make a customer walk right back out of the store!. Dave on the other hand is amazing, good at what he does and very customer service oriented!. A true asset the the company.
