Purchased an engine from this company and it’s been about 4 weeks no one is helping they keep giving me the run around no one is helping. Paid 3200 for an engine with supposedly 50k miles on it and this is what they sent. Very unprofessional I need a refund for my money. I can’t believe this company. James McIntyre was the sales person never got in touch. Please don’t use this company. Updates I’m giving this company 2 more stars only because of one person working here. Her name is Karina she didn’t even was the sales person that helped me but she picked up every time I called and helped me with the return she helped me so much and I am truly grateful. This company is lucky to have her and she I truly recommend her. This is a public thank you Karina

The worst experience of my life. I bought an engine. The engine was. No good. I tried to replace it. They would not allow me to source an engine for the same price. They gave me a refund. I have been waiting on the refund in the mail. It still has not gotten here. I was not even given the option to pick up my check or pay for my check to be expressed mailed to me. While im paying for my mechanic to keep my car till i replace the engine. Pay my mechanic to have installed the bad engine and pay my mechanic to take it out. Because they would not refund me till the got back the engine. This is not a good seller. I would not recommend them to my enemies!!!!!! Because i dont think my enemies deserve such a bad experience. This is the worst experience ever

Made an order for a part on eBay on May 5, 2024. Today is May 31, 2024 and I have not received my order nor ha My Auto Store responded to my communication. This seems like a scam. Although someone answers the phone, they do not appear to want to help and their attitude is one of complete un-helpfulness (pass the buck) and inconsiderate indifference.

Avoid this store, unhelpful salesmen. Never received the parts I ordered, and likewise never received a refund for them. Impossible to get in touch with them once that happens.
