I have purchased a engine for my 2007 Chrysler 300 3.5L and doing the engine prep we started to change the valve cover gasket and oil pan and oil pan gasket and water outlet housing and themostat we notice that bank 2 valve train had very heavy dark varish and sludge on that valve train ,bank 1 valve train is super clean very big difference which the engine still sitting on shipping pallet and from my years of experience this come from poor oil change and excessive heat I don't feel right installing this engine in my customer whatsoever I have talk with several people at my auto store on 4/2/2025 and I feel like I am get the run around this not type of customer service I would magically thought of get for engine that cost me $1,214.00 if things can't pan out I will be look for lawyer and ask my credit card company to step.

Bought an engine for my 2017 Infinity q50, was told it had 88k but when it came in, my mechanic checked the vin and it has 95k. As my mechanic was checking the engine he saw all sorts of problems, valve cover casket was leaking, intakes were broken, turbos were in horrible condition and there was a crack in the coolant hose, I asked my auto store and they told me they can’t do anything about it since the only thing that is under warranty is the cylinder block. I’ve never experienced something like this. I recommend anyone who is buying an engine from them to DONT BUY ONE FROM HERE. I am in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank, the engine might work but now I have to buy all these extra parts.

Ordered a part from them. They called me back and said they needed to cancel the order because they found large, deep scratch on it. Went online to look after the cancellation and pictures of the door still look perfect, but they more than doubled the price. Felt really dishonest.

Hi , this is first time I ever leave a review on the web but I am disappointed and upset . I ordered front fender with color code UJ on September 17th. After a couple weeks I heard nothing from Myautostore. I tried calling a few times but was transferred to another person who was Never there so phone would say goodbye and hang up. Around October 6 I was finally able to speak to a guy named Dominic who was extremely helpful . He told me they were shipping me a white fender to which I said I did not order a white fender but a grey one with color code UJ. He told me it was too late to stop the order and that now I have to send it back once it arrives. Well today is October 13 and a white damaged fender has finally arrived. I am writing this review to inform you that obviously my auto store is like a fast food restaurant and will not get the order right and will just send you whatever they want. I tried to avoid this and get my money back but unfortunately no one answers the phone for internet orders. I attached 4 photos , you can see the one I ordered with (grey) color UJ for XLT f150 but I received a white XL because someone decided that would work for me .
