Update (response to business reply): I understand this service is not revenue generating. I don't want to do it either, insurance is requiring the inspection. I was trying to schedule a separate appointment for my other vehicle but the gentlemen on the phone refused, said his employee had other things to do that day. He also called me while I was putting my young children down for a nap and left me an inappropriate voicemail claiming I was a liar. This behavior does not serve the community. Poor customer service. 3 attempts to schedule a simple Carco inspection. 1/15/25 called and was informed the gal who handles those was unavailable and I could leave my number for a call back. I received no call back. 1/16/25 used the 'contact us' feature on their website with my phone number, email and request for an appointment. No response. 1/18/25 called again to schedule. The gentlemen made an appointment for 1100 the following Friday. I informed him I have a second vehicle for the same inspection but that was too much as he had other stuff for her to do that day. He previously told me there were no appointments that day so any time from 10-4 should have been available.

I was in an accident and my door was damaged and had to go through my insurance company to get the door repaired. Steve at Christy’s Auto Body took care of everything was very professional and knowledgeable regarding dealing with my insurance co. It went very smoothly and my door was repaired within a few days. I’m so glad I made the right decision with using this body shop for my repairs. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
