Went here yesterday for a friend and she has been doing all she can for what she's got. I asked if she knew these people and was recommended to them by a man at Autozone. She was in desperate need because her car is how she makes her income. As a mother of 4 she was panicked and drove over there believing in this man's testimony. She got there and fixed some of the easiest things that I will give credit does help with the stearing of the car. She went in because it would start shaking when she got to 60+ MPH on the road. This problem wasn't addressed at all, having it inspected by others they said the front right part of the wheel could be the reason for the shaking. That was never mentioned by the shop as well as never telling her that the power steering was about to go out as well!! Was completely visible that there was a chunk missing and I would say could potentially be very bad. Plus the Labor cost more then the up charged parts!! To treat a women that has no knowledge of this field and taking advantage of her like that. They did help us in the end but I could have had gotten another to do the work for half the price and had addressed more serious things that actually effected the drive.

Came to Tennessee to visit family and my air went out after about a week being here. And the weather was hot as hades. Called Murray's, they said they could test the system and put dye in to check for leaks if air stopped working again. Naturally it did. Took the van back. They lifted it up and sure enough there were 3 leaks in the line to the back and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and as soon as they got it in they called and I took it to them the next morning to replace the line. They got it done that day and when I picked it up and left I heard a noise that wasn't there before. So I called and they said bring it back in the morning and would take a look at it. When I got there Wayne took it for a ride came back lifted it up did what he had to, took it for another ride and came back. Parked by the door of the office came in, sat down and told me I was ready to go. Something wasn't tightened all the way so it was making the noise. We all know accidents happen. We are only human. He apologized repeatedly and gave me $20 back for my time and gas spent having to bring it back. I was floored. This has never happened to me before. Not even the dealerships care if they waste your time. They where very professional and polite. I would recommend them for service.

I bought a vehicle from him that was bought at auction and the mechanics replaced the engine. I've had it exactly 4 years (It's a 2006 Scion XB) and so far it's gotten wiper blades, oil changes, late last year tires, and front brakes this year. I am totally impressed, and I was impressed then with some of the other used vehicles Murray's had. I believe the owner is honest and the mechanics are good
