You’re better off never stepping foot on the premises or else you will find yourself going back for years on end. If they do a job and you bring the car back it’s always “something different” until the warranty runs out. If that’s not a scheme or incompetence I don’t know what it is. No Transmission specialist found on the premises. My car has never been the same since.

August 23rd 2024, I took my vehicle to the shop to be serviced and was told my starter in the vehicle needed to replaced. On that day i was charged and paid $600 for that service. As i drove away from the shop , my vehicle was making a weird noise and the screen inside my vehicle told me to add coolant which i did on the same day. The following day and the day after i kept receiving the same message about adding coolant while the vehicle kept making the same weird noise from the engine area. On August 27th 2024, i brought back the vehicle to the shop and alerted the same worker who originally worked on the vehicle the 1st time about the issue and he advised me that he will check it out. Later on in that day , he called me and let me know that he fixed the issue and it will cost me $400 plus tax which brings it close to $500. After letting him know that the issue originally happened after leaving his shop the first time and i only asked him to look at the vehicle before performing any work, he let me that he since he already fix the issue than i have to choice but to pay him the money and he take off $100 which than brings the price to $400. After one final attempt to let him that he or his partner damaged the vehicle the 1st time which is the reason i had to return for additional work , he than told me again to pay the money since the work is already done which i ended up doing just to get my vehicle back.

WORST MECHANIC IN TOWN I only wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted my transmission changed. They had my car for over 6 months giving me so many excuses I lost count (I was fortunate to have spare transportation to get to work). They parked my car on the street and now I have over 8 parking tickets. They kept giving me fake dates when to pick up the car. I finally got fed up and now my car is with another Machanic who knows what they are doing. I normally don't do this but I feel I have a duty to warn people. & yes I know I have a case to file . Please read bad reviews carefully we all have the same issues

Use this company at your own peril. My nightmare started back on 6/17. Went to this guy called Sunil whom I did not know. He brought out the original owner whom I used in the pass. I told him if he was too busy not to take my car. He insist to leave it with him. My problem was gear stuck on 1st and not shifting. For the pass 31 days he gave me the runaround with excuses, even showing me pics that he had to attend his kids kindergarten graduation! I had enough of him moving the goal post and told him to just return my car the way I brought it to him. He did that after 31 days AND did some damage to the hood of the car. When I called the authorities on this establishment they told me they get many customers who call the police about their inferior work. Don’t know how these type of mechanics survive 🤨😠

Did some transmission work on my 2009 honda accord and I have no problems since.

They are very professional. They're up to the task to tackle any mechanical/ motor + transmission job. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of repair jobs, the return time suffers. That would be the only department I would say this business could improve in if possible. They're reasonable when it comes to cost as long as you negotiate the price before the job starts so all parties have a clear understanding of what's to be expected when it comes to labor and cost of materials. I highly advise buying oem replacement parts yourself prior to contracting the repair job with them. It's a practice I personally believe in and will continue to do so to save as much as possible. I only just started bringing my vehicle to work with this shop, and I have no substantial complaints to announce so far. They're a family owned business, and you can tell right away that they care about their customers and meeting the needs of the people that walk through their door.
