Replaced all four tire valve stems on my 2020 Honda Accord Sport wheels. Carefully placed the spare wheel I drove in with back on the dropcloth in rear seat just as I asked, so that was nice. Also they saved the broken valve stems which I asked for because of a separate review I wanted to write on the former caps that caused corrosion on original stems from an Amazon purchase last year. Greg at front desk was informative, quick, and helpful. The work was done in about an hour.

I had a nail in my tire and called them at like 3 on a Saturday, they told me I could come to the shop and get it repaired that day! They gave me a great price and really friendly service! I will always go back to their shop for service

THEY STOLE MY MONEY! I Came Here For A Wheel Alignment & They Never Performed One. They Took My Money Smiled In My Face & Sent Me On My Way. I Knew Something Was Wrong Because My Steering Wheel Was Off Centered. I Took The Car To A Different Mr Tire Because This Location Is Completely Untrustworthy. Turns Out My Suspicions Were Right. The Before Measurements Show They Never Did A Wheel Alignment. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND! I WILL GET ONE!

Holy smokes, Mr. Tire in Oaklyn, NJ, is a straight-up winner—a garage that treated my 2018 Jeep Wrangler like it’s ready to star in a Fast and Furious flick. I’m a firefighter, used to saving cats and crushing blazes, but my Jeep, “Liberty’s Thunder,” is my baby. It’s lifted, with rims shinier than my fire helmet, and I’m prouder of it than a Philly Pride Parade. Manager Greg and Technician Todd? They’re my heroes. I cruise in, twirling my handlebar mustache, freaking out about some odd noise from my Jeep—like it’s begging for a break from my off-road stunts. The place is alive, tires stacked high, tools banging like the firehouse before a meatball sub night. Greg’s running the show, cool as a cucumber. He scopes my Wrangler and says, “Nice Jeep, Joe, we’ll get it right.” I’m pumped—my ride’s getting VIP treatment. Then Todd, the tech, steps up—greasy hands, chill grin, like he could rebuild my engine in his sleep. He pops the hood, spots a loose belt in no time, and fixes it faster than I slide down the pole. Would like to give a higher score but disappointed by “creative” billing and I also take issue with a job not being finished properly. Decided to use a Groupon as we all wanna save some money and it didn’t happen at all. Instead of billing for the oil change and than taking off the Groupon discount they change the way they bill it and charge you for the oil & filter (which is supposed to be included) separately so it costs more than what the Groupon value is worth. I have no issue paying for the extra 1/2 quart of oil, I do think an $11 fee for “shop supplies” is excessive but that’s just the world we live in. Also not impressed I had to reset my own oil change reminder. 3 things I’ve always known definitely come to mind here, buyer beware, you get what you pay for and sometimes cheaper costs more.
