Had my tires shipped here for an install. Scheduled a specific date and time at least a week ahead of time. Showed up and there were no other customers there. I figured it would be a fairly quick tire install. It took them two and a half hours to install mountain balance my 17-in cars tires which were not an unusual size. Modern SUV tires are wider, and they said it took long because of how big the tires were. They were 275/40r/17??? I had another work appointment 2 hours after my scheduled appointment to have the tires replaced, and had to cancel it because it took so long. I've never had tires take over 2 hours with an appointment ahead of time. There was also an absurd amount of white grease used to seat the tire to the wheel that I have never experienced, that is still on all four of the tires. Didn't even bother to wipe it off with a shop rag. As someone who does all of their own repairs, minus tire swaps because I don't have a tire machine, this was crap. I think they just didn't know how to actually mount this tire. Will not return.

We stopped here Sunday (4/13) on our way home to NC, not by choice but definitely by luck! Before we were getting ready to hit the road to go home, we noticed our tire looked a bit unsafe and needed to get it looked at. We checked two places that unfortunately couldn't help us (no tire size, or no availability time wise). Then we found this gem of an establishment. Richard not only provided exceptional customer service, but he got us in and out quicker than I expected! He could have easily turned us away, as they were pretty busy and it was almost closing time. Thanks again for you help, and your amazing customer service Richard!! We got home later than we wanted, but because of you, we made it home safe!!

This place is great and Fitzgerald and Richard are amazing! They treat you like family and I fully trust them to ensure that I’m getting the best product/service for the price. I have been getting tires and oil changes here for the past several years and most recently brake pads and rotors. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Had a seemelss and great, easy experience today at this location. Came in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Richard was a great hello othering great service with an exceptional attitude. Will come back again
