They can be contacted by phone at (678) 563-1315 or via mobile at +1 678-563-1315.
Christian Brothers Automotive locations typically maintain a clean and professional environment, designed to be welcoming for customers. While specific details about the Jones Bridge location's waiting area are not provided, the franchise model generally emphasizes customer comfort, often including amenities such as free Wi-Fi and shuttle services. The overall atmosphere aims to be transparent and approachable, with a focus on building trust with vehicle owners. Their facilities are usually well-maintained and organized, reflecting a commitment to a professional service experience.
As a full-service "Auto Repair Stations," Christian Brothers Automotive Jones Bridge provides a wide array of automotive repair and maintenance services. These services are designed to address various aspects of vehicle health and performance. Based on common offerings from Christian Brothers Automotive and implied by customer reviews, their services typically include:
- General Automotive Repair: Covering a broad spectrum of issues from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
- Engine Diagnostics and Repair: Utilizing diagnostic tools to pinpoint engine problems, including issues related to spark plugs and ignition coils as mentioned in a review.
- Brake Services: Comprehensive brake system checks, pad and rotor replacement, and addressing brake failures, as highlighted by a customer's experience.
- Transmission Services: Including fluid flushes and other maintenance for automatic and manual transmissions.
- Preventative Maintenance: Routine services such as oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and general inspections to help prevent major issues.
- Courtesy Inspections: A service often offered to inspect the status of major car parts when a vehicle is brought in for other repairs, providing customers with insights into potential future repair needs. This service is intended to offer "peace of mind."
- Air Conditioning Service: Repair and maintenance of vehicle climate control systems.
- Suspension and Steering Repair: Addressing issues with shocks, struts, and steering components.
- Electrical System Diagnosis and Repair: Troubleshooting battery, alternator, starter, and other electrical issues.
Christian Brothers Automotive aims to distinguish itself with a focus on integrity, honesty, and customer satisfaction, often promoting a "nice difference" in auto repair. They typically offer a courtesy inspection with any service, which is intended to provide a comprehensive overview of the vehicle's health and potential future repair needs. This feature is designed to build trust and inform customers, offering "peace of mind" due to the proactive identification of issues.
However, customer experiences at the Jones Bridge location, as reflected in recent reviews, present a mixed picture regarding these features:
- Pricing: One customer explicitly stated being charged "$1,727 for diagnostics, six spark plugs, and six ignition coils," which they deemed "completely overpriced." Another long-term customer noted that prices were "more than 30% higher than another mechanic shop." This suggests that competitive pricing might be a concern for some customers.
- Thoroughness of Service & Communication: A critical piece of feedback concerned a failure to mention a cracked plastic trough allowing rainwater into a spark plug, which the customer had to discover and fix independently. This highlights a perceived lack of thoroughness in diagnostics and communication about critical issues.
- Courtesy Check Effectiveness: While the courtesy check is a noted feature, a significant issue arose when a customer experienced "brake failure" due to "front brake pads are metal on metal with brake rotors" shortly after a major service (transmission flush) where they believed a courtesy check should have identified the deteriorating brakes. The subsequent clarification from the general manager indicated the courtesy check was declined for that specific visit, leading to a "communication glitch" rather than service reliability issue, which suggests potential for misunderstanding between the shop and customer regarding the scope of services.
- Trust and Prioritization: The reviews suggest that while trust can be built over time with "solid repair works," this trust can be challenged by perceived overpricing or missed critical details. The sentiment "It’s clear they prioritize sales over genuinely assisting their customers" and "Lessons learned, don’t overtrust a shop" indicates a struggle to consistently deliver on the promise of prioritizing customer needs.
Christian Brothers Automotive, as a franchise, often promotes itself on principles of honesty, integrity, and a comfortable customer experience, including amenities like courtesy shuttles and a nationwide warranty. Their business model emphasizes treating customers with respect and transparency, aiming to be a trusted alternative to dealerships.
However, for the Jones Bridge location, the recent customer feedback serves as the most prominent "promotional information," albeit with a cautionary tone. While the shop has reportedly delivered "solid repair works" in the past that earned a customer's trust, the current reviews highlight concerns about pricing and the thoroughness of inspections or communication regarding them. The general manager's proactive follow-up to address a "communication glitch" regarding the courtesy check is a positive sign of responsiveness to customer feedback, leading to a revised rating from 3 to 4 stars in one instance. This suggests an effort to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction, even when initial experiences are less than ideal.
For potential customers in Alpharetta, Christian Brothers Automotive Jones Bridge offers a wide range of repair services with the intent of providing a professional and courteous experience. However, based on available feedback, it would be prudent for customers to actively confirm the scope of any complimentary checks and discuss pricing in detail to ensure alignment with their expectations.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust them to provide fair pricing or thorough service. I was charged $1,727 for diagnostics, six spark plugs, and six ignition coils, which I believe is completely overpriced. To make matters worse, they noticed rainwater in the spark plug that initiated my visit but failed to mention that the plastic trough above it was cracked—a critical detail I had to figure out and fix on my own. It’s clear they prioritize sales over genuinely assisting their customers.

Original review @ 10AM 04/23/2025, 3 Stars ======================================= My advice: don't overtrust a shop. The shop won my trust over the past few years with solid repair works. Price is more than 30% higher than another mechanic shop I go, but they offer a courtesy check. The courtesy check is to inspect status of major parts of the car when it is brought in for a repair work and remind the owner for potential repairs. This service made me feel the higher price could be justified for a peace of mind. After the trust was built, I brought my car to this shop for key maintenance work. A full transmission fluid flash was done on the last day of 2024 at 57900 mileage. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my car. Surprisingly, the same car had a brake failure due to “front brake pads are metal on metal with brake rotors” in middle of April 2025 at 61360 mileage. The shop charged me over $1200 for replacing two damaged rotors and one brake pad. Lessons learned, don’t overtrust a shop. Updated @ 2PM 04/23/2025, 4 Stars ================================ Got a phone call from the general manager. He said a record showed that the "courtesy check" was declined for the transmission flush visit, so it was not performed. Looks like some communication glitch occurred back then, instead of service reliability.

Will go there again. Great customer service and value for the money spent. They don’t try to scam you. They give you feedback like if they were doing it for their family not someone they’re trying to make money off of. Your money goes along her way. They are prices cover more work than other places quoted for the same repairs.

I am thankful for Christian Brothers Automotive. They have also been honest and professional with me. One time, I got an estimate for a fix that was more than $2000.00 by several other mechanics (including my dealership). However, Christian Brothers Automotive estimated the repair around $500.00. Afterwards, fixing my car, they reduced the price even further because they realized during the repair that the actual repair was not as much as they estimated. This time around, I brought my Ford Focus because the cover underneath the car was hanging loose. They found out that the flap was missing 4 bolts and they installed the bolts free of cost. Thankful for their honesty and kindness. I would 100% recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.
