It's time to share my horror storie of what Mr.Tire done to my truck and the amount of money I lost by trusting them with my vehicle. I went to Mr.tire for a alignment on my truck. I spent over $300 for a alignment, inspection and oil change. After I left their shop. I heard a loud clank noise so I pulled over to inspect the problem. As I looked at my driver side tire I noticed 2 pairs of vise grips connected to my tierod. When further inspecting I came to find my tierod was completely loose, (very very dangerous). So I called up them to express my concerns. They told me to bring it back and they would fix everything.They informed me they fired the guy that they let work on my truck. After having my truck checked out they said my alignment was way off. I knew this due to my truck severely pulling to the left.After I left the second time I noticed it was still pulling to the left and had a slight wobble in the steering wheel. I went back the next day Causing me to miss work due to my truck not being fixed. They told me they didn't find any cause to the problem. So they aligned it again and sent me on my way. As I left I noticed the same problems.I called them again. They told me to bring it back and they would check everything. This time they told me my brake caliper was found to be loose due to a striped bolt that they found when checking it out and that was the root cause. I just had new rotors and brakes put on at a diffrent shop the same time I got the new tires. So they said the other shop must have striped out my brake caliper threads. I proceed to ask them to put it in alignment so I could drive it home due to not having the funds to replace the part that week. When I got paid I went and had a new brake caliper put on at a different shop.I then brought it back to Mr.tire to check to see if my alignment was good still since I had a 6 month warranty on the alignment. After i started going down the road again the same problem was still there. This time i went back they told me they did not have time to worry about my truck. At this point I was fuming I flipped out and ended up having to call the police due to them refusing to fix my truck.I was able to meet the district manager. After discussing the problem he told me to bring it by that weekend and he would make sure everything was fixed. Saturday came around I dropped my truck off for 7 hours so they could find and fix the problem. I called around the 7 hour mark to see what was taking so long they told me they were checking everything and it would be a little longer and they would call me. So I started to head there because my ride had plans.when I got there they told me the problem was no weights on my front wheels proceeding to blame the other company. They told me they drove it and it was fixed. I looked at the dash as I was pulling out. My truck had been driven 23 miles total in the 7 hours there. Which for some reason they had my dash changed like they were trying to hide how much they drove it by resetting my trip A that I set. I left again the same problem was still there. I decided enough was enough. I took another day off work to bring my truck to a new shop to see if they could fix the problem that Mr.tire had caused After speaking to the mechanic. He told me that my tierod was severely damaged due to them and my tire was to far gone due to them letting me leave with my truck still damaged and drive on it repeatedly. After fixing the tierod alignment and tire. My truck feels brand new another big bill due to mr.tire my total loss was $300 from my first visit to mr.tire $350 for another tire $650 for labor,tierod and diagnostic to find problem. 2 days of my pto gone. Not including my time and gas to keep running back and forth. I know this was a long review but it was needed to show how this branch is damaging vehicles and not able to even fix there mistakes. Coming to this business had caused me so much stress and inconvenience. I hope by reading this you know to stay clear of this place. Please save yourself the misery and money.

Always courteous and knowledgeable. I have had three visits with this location for different reasons. Always had to walk in and staff always welcoming. They get you what you need, never try to over sell, prices are very competitive. They will have you safely on the road in no time. Always satisfied!
