Mr Tire Customer Reviews

My experience was overall, 2 stars. I brought my vehicle in to have 2 tires replaced, and rotated. During the service I was informed that my brakes were all very low, and we're going to start grinding soon. I declined replacing them. After the service was completed, I later inspected the brakes, and found them all in good shape. In addition, I found a broken lug stud, and a cross threaded nut, which I was not informed of. I returned to get it inspected, and Robert was very helpful in getting everything resolved. Good price on tires, but I'd prefer more honesty from the techs and advisors involved with my vehicle.

Fast, honest, personable, and very affordable. They did quality work at a fraction of the cost. They also took the time to diagnose the problem for free. I will 100 percent be recommending them to everyone in the Clarksville area.

Came in pretty late, needing two stud bolts on our rear passenger tire. Service was immediate and quick! This is the place to go.

went in to get my brakes checked because it was grinding, Vince checked them and said they were great! 40% on back 50% on front. and couldn't explain where/why noise was happening. I asked them to check the E brake as well, meaning they'd have to take things off to check... Vince didn't bother to do it correctly because he "would have to charge" even though we said to do whatever was necessary. we were prepared to spend the money to replace the brakes anyway.... my front pads are brand new so that's the first incorrect statement. I bugged my husband because thee noise kept getting worse and he took my rear wheel off to find the source of the grinding noise and low and behold... rear pads are completely gone. we went back to speak with the manager about what happened because that could have been a dangerous situation... Vince was rude, unapologetic and said he didn't miss anything and did his job correctly. he said we must have done something to it within 3 days of him checking the brakes. he's extremely arrogant and mouthy against a customer that's been coming there since 2007. HORRIBLE customer service and experience. I will never go there again and hopefully others will think twice before putting their lives in Vince's hands. The picture is the old pad vs the new pad. Where’s 40% Vince??? Wish I could post the video of the grinding noise. All he did was look through the wheel and not check the inner. Laziness and unprofessional.
