I moved here in 2012 and once I got introduced to this shop, I have done all my business here. I keep reading bad reviews about bad service but I have never encountered that. Any issues I have had have been fixed by this facility "WINDOW TINT HAS LIFETIME WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS" This is true. Not all installs go according at any window tint shop and you have to look at weather factors along with season changes with temperature. By saying this I have only had 1 issue with a bubble on my tint and this company told me to bring it back and the replaced the defective area. The reason this happened was the manufacturer of the tint had an issue with the adhesive which happens from time to time. SUBS, RADIO,AND AUDIO INSTALLATION I have had many subs installed in all the new vehicles I got and the installation done here. The radio was installed along with a bypass with my premium speakers with no issues at all. All the wiring is a clean install and organized. And questions and concerns were handles all by asking. They tune my Amp for best quality of sound. WHEEL INSTALLATION no issues at all ordering and everything was easy and time to get order was fast. Aftermarket lighting. Was easy install and worked. Had 1 build that was a factory manufactured defective and they replaced it no issue

I took my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum in for a Tesla Screen install. The owner was very nice. I really did enjoy our conversation. The installer told me that my unit did not work that I need to send it back. He said when he hooked it up the A/C didnt work, the volume only worked at 50% of what the factory did, and that the back up camera and steering wheel controls did not work. The owner told me while he was installing that they charge for labor when someone brings in a device not bought from him "even if they cant install" This was never discussed before the instillation. He tried to charge me $130 for labor. No, I refuse. You did not complete the job. I got home and decided to try and hook it up myself. The reason the A/C didn't work is because on the factory console there is an A/C component that has to be taken off and installed on the new unit. I did that and the A/C works just fine. He left the wires in the back of the unit when he gave it back to me. The installer did not wire it right. He didn't connect the back up camera wires together. That's why that didn't work. Any ways I was able to get the device installed and it is working fine. If I would have listened to that installer I would've sent back my Tesla Unit. Something told me he didn't wire it the right way. I'm glad I listened to my gut. I have done a lot of research on my car and how to install this unit. When my factory passenger airbag cable is removed from the original factory radio it makes my airbag light turn on. Once that light is on and the cable is removed you have to reset the computer in order for the light to go away. That light was never on in my car. It makes me wonder if he ever took my factory radio out to begin with. I dont feel bad for not paying him. Below is proof that my tesla unit works. I uploaded a pic of how the wiring is supposed to be. I hope this will help you guys in the future if you ever get a customer wanting t tesla install. If you look where it says reverse in the pic those wires have to be connected together in order for the camera to work.

Can’t recommend this place. Back windshield tint was in rough shape/bubbly/flaking off. Told me it would cost $85 to remove it over the phone (they didn’t ask what kind of shape it was in, which if that affects the price, why wouldn’t they)? Took 2 hours and was charged $130 plus tax and CC fee which was $150. To be clear, I don’t mind paying for what needs to be done but to not even let me know before you start working that it will be more difficult and will costs more and then let me decide if I want to proceed is very BAD BUSINESS! The guy wouldn’t change the price after some back and forth. Said he would let me talk to the guy who took the tint off about how difficult it was. I didn’t have time for all the back and forth so paid and left. Got in and the car smelled like cigarettes. Got home and noticed there’s black scratches on the rear driver-side door as well. Definitely won’t be back.

Really wonderful people! My boyfriend bought a used car off the lot with really bubbly back windshield tint to the point you couldn’t see out of it. We came here, $170 on card for removal AND re-tint together. Absolutely wonderful job, took a little longer than expected but completely worth it. The owner is SUPER nice and gave me so much financial and career advice. Overall, really awesome people, amazing work and very reasonable price!

If I could give no stars and still leave a review, I would. I would not recommend this joke of a shop to my worst enemy. First of all, I had a 3pm appointment. When I showed up, there was no one in the "waiting room" except another customer, 2 kids and a guy sitting on a sofa, eating and watching Dexter. Honestly, I was uncomfortable with the torture, murder and sex going on the tv while there were children in the room. I asked if any of them worked there and the guy on the sofa said, "I don't work here, but I'm the owner." That was all. Nothing more. The car tech (or whatever) came in at 3:15 asking about my stereo issue. I couldn't get any info out for the "owner" and "tech" having a disagreement over what needed to be done. The tech grabbed a 500 ft coil of wire and went out the door. The "owner" kept telling me that the guy was gonna rewire my entire car when all it needed was a different wiring harness. I had no way to reach the guy. The area where they do work is locked and not accessible. I told the owner that I had no confidence and just wanted my car back, not to touch it. He wouldn't call the tech, and just kept arguing with me about how they'd fix it. I walked all over the property trying to locate my car. After 15 minutes, I went back in the building and asked for my vehicle again. Nearly 30 minutes after I asked for my vehicle, the tech shows up in the parking lot with my car. I told him what happened, he took my keys and went in the building. He said he already did the diagnostic. He refused to give me my keys until I paid a $75 diagnostic fee. DO NOT GO HERE. I TRIED THEM OUT BECAUSE THEY HAD REALLY GREAT REVIEWS ALONG WITH THE BAD ONES. I THOUGHT I'D GIVE THEM A TRY. I REGRET IT! DON'T BE FOOLED. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW THE HELL TO RUN A BUSINESS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY USED SHADY BUSNESS PRACTICES, EVEN THREATENING TO PUT A MECHANIC'S LIEN ON MY VEHICLE IF I DIDN'T PAY THE MONEY FOR WORK I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO. **edited for spelling**
