Not only did they fix the issue within a days time for a very reasonable price, but they noticed another bracket needing repair and replaced it for free. Honest, quality work - will be returning!

Dropped my car off through their after hours drop off on Monday night. Car needed muffler work oil change and tires balanced. Didn’t hear from them at all until I called them on Thursday. Was told I would get a call with an estimate at the end of the day. I didn’t receive a call and when I finally received a call on Friday the estimate was very overpriced and was told it would take several days to have parts come in and another couple days to fix the car. The high estimate was likely due to them being busy and not thinking they could make enough off the work for it to be worth it compared to other customers. I don’t have a problem with a company being busy that’s good for the area but a phone call takes under 5 minutes and having to borrow a vehicle for 4 days just to not have the job completed was a major inconvenience. I wouldn’t waste your time dropping your vehicle off here.

We’ve taken multiple vehicles to Rick and team for repairs and ‘thought’ we were getting honest and reliable service but turns out that wasn’t the case. Shotty work, over priced and arrogant… absolutely do not recommend!

My Ford dealer was getting incredibly expensive, including for an exhaust repair after just repairing the exhaust last year. I looked around and found Mr Muffler Lake Orion. Rick fixed the exhaust for 1/3 of what the dealer wanted. He also put air in my tires and possibly cleaned the windshield. Anyway, he did the little things. He also noticed the brakes were pulling. True. Fixed that. Fixed a vibration also. I really like these guys and will keep them in mind for future repairs.
