Very good service; friendly, polite, took the time to do a full inspection and explain the results; they accepted my vehicle on the day I called them, and had it done that day with a very reasonable price. For the Girls who know very little about their car, this Midas will be honest with you and treat you fair. It’s winter time, so I did not want a full exhaust even though it needs it; I just needed the exhaust put back up because it fell. But I will be taking my car back to them in the spring for that much needed complete exhaust system.

Not to be trusted! Prior to my daughter heading to college last fall, I had 2 front lower control arms and 4 new tires installed, and brought it to Midas for an all-wheel alignment. Fast forward to March 2025, my daughter is home for spring break and I decide to rotate the tires. I find no tread on the front tires and they’ve only been driven 6.2K miles. I bring the car back to Midas and inform them their alignment was done improperly and that they owe me for 90% (6.2K miles vs a 65K tread life) of the life of those 2 tires. They put the car up on the lift and tell me that a bushing in my right front lower control arm is bad which is causing the tire wear. I asked why a right side bushing is causing the left tire to wear, and they said this would impact both tires to wear prematurely - which is BS. I'm skeptical, but I bring the car to a trusted mechanic to have the control arm replaced. He proceeds to tell me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with the control arm and he believes the alignment was done improperly. I then head to a local tire store for 2 new tires and an alignment. They do the work and review the alignment results with me. I’m told that prior to them bringing the car into alignment, the 2 front tires were toed in 7-8 times the allowable limit, which is what caused the excessive wear. I asked if they noticed any issues with the suspension (control arms, tie rods, struts...) and they said no, everything looked fine. I head back to Midas to reiterate that they owe me for 90% of my worn out tires, and now a refund for their improper alignment, and the cost of the mechanic since they sent me on a wild goose chase. The desk attendant basically told me to pound salt and the best they would offer is a refund for their misalignment. Unacceptable - I heading to small claims court… Not only do they not stand behind their work, but they also lied and made up an issue that didn't exist in order to: 1) Deflect responsibility and 2) Generate additional business/revenue to replace a control arm that was working properly.

I have brought my vehicle here multiple times for an oil change and to address some necessary repairs on my Ford Escape. The staff is knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. As someone who knows very little about cars, I appreciate having experts who know what they’re doing. I always feel that safety is the number one priority here. I could not recommend a greater place.

Took my vehicle in for exhaust repair. Told them it needed a new flex pipe and they told me there would be a $50 inspection fee but that it would be rolled into the cost of the repair. Fine An hour later, received a link to a rundown of repairs needed—wipers, brakes, etc.—exhaust work that I took it in for was listed last. Called them to get a price ONLY on what I had asked and not the $1450 for all of the other BS. 12” flex pipe and 1 hanger: $575… Paid them the $50 inspection fee and took my vehicle down the road to Mr. Muffler where I got the same work done for almost half the price.

Highly recommend! I have a 2005 vehicle that needs a lot of work. I am not in a position to buy another car right now but my car was not safe to drive. I was treated very respectfully and feel like they did everything possible to give me a fair price to get my car back on the road understanding I didn’t have a lot of money to spend and just needed to get a few more months out of my car. I couldn’t be more appreciative!
