Mr Mobile Mechanic Pros of Toledo

I live in Columbus and was in Toledo trying to drive home on a Sunday. My car was having issues and they were able to come out quickly and get me back on road. Super nice guy. Figured out the problem and helped me get on the road right away.

Quick, prompt service. Very friendly and exceeded our expectations. I would say the price was a little steep, but actually, given the convenience (no need for tow) and time of day (evening) I can't complain one bit. I would recommend him to anyone in need of service who's looking for a mobile mechanic!

My heat stopped working and I found ths number on Google, saw that they had 4 stars and figured I would give them a try. The guy came out within an hour to diagnose the car for $75, determined that I will need a thermostat, temperature sensor and a throttle body. He quoted me for $375 with labor. I went and got my parts and set things up for him to come Friday January 15th. He said he was on his way at 11a.m., 2:30 p.m. comes and he says that he is outside (wrong customer), he then apologized and said he would be over after looking at someone else's vehicle, 3:30 he calls and says that "something came up and I want to take my daughters out to eat, can we reschedule for 8a.m. tomorrow morning". 8a.m. Saturday morning, he's not here, no text or call stating that times have changed. Then he texts around noon and says "I'm omw". He works on my car, I go out there the heat is working and he leaves. I send over a $40 tip. When I get in the car later that day my heat isn't working and my engine is overheating, I called and told him what was going on. He said he would come back out Sunday morning and bleed the system or check my waterpump. I text him at 3p.m. Sunday asking when he will come and he read it but didn't reply. Here we are almost a later and still no reply, no apology, no partial refund or anything. $375+$40 + my parts that I'm sure he returned and got the core charges for, and my truck still has no heat. Basically threw $400+ down the drain. Definitely don't recommend this company.

I had to get my side mirror replaced prior when I first learned about this mechanic and he was very quick and didn’t cost that much fast forward I needed my new battery put in and the same pleasant experience this time too and was very fast and charged affordably will be using this service again ☺️☺️

ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT call this man He messed up my car worse and then stops answering both phone numbers! He also left parts of my car disarranged under the hood. Flirty Promises to finish the hob then disappeared
