This was the worst experience I have ever had at a mechanic. I brought my car in for transmission, radiator, and tire work. When I got my car back it was worse than when I brought it in and I was accused of lying about my issues with the car. The mechanic was rude and the owner kept bringing up things with my car that had nothing to do with why my car was functioning worse after bringing it to them. It’s especially sad because the owner tried to play the religion card to soften me up before he messed up my car and accused me of lying. Also, after all of this work was done , they tell me I should have gotten an alignment first. SO WHY WOULD YOU DO THE WORK ON THE CAR THAT IS GOING TO COST ME CLOSE TO 1000 DOLLARS WHEN YOU KNOW THAT WITHOUT THE ALIGNMENT, THINGS COULD GO WRONG?I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH!

I absolutely love Mr. B Best!!! My entire family uses this auto repair shop. Mr. B is honest, and fair. Mr. B also does Pa. inspections. Super fast snd thorough service!
