Alexis is a diesel Guru. After having my 2000 F250 at a local Ford dealership for 4 weeks, they told me that something was binding in the engine not allowing it to start and I needed a new engine. I wasn't convinced that was correct. I had it towed to Mountian Power and within 24 hours, they had it running and told me the problem was I had 4 bad injectors. They repair the issue and the truck runs like it was brand new, even at 325k miles. 100k miles later, after being told I needed a new engine, it still running strong for a 7.3....lol. I can't say enough good things about this company. Knowledgeable, honest, hard working, and always willing to go the extra mile for thier customers. I would recommend them to anyone who has a diesel engine.

I highly recommend Alexis and his team. My truck unfortunately sustained major engine problems and they were able to work me in for a diagnostic evaluation very quickly and were very informative along the way. Alexis provided me with a very detailed assessment and the necessary fix for my truck problems. I appreciate all the help they provided!

Yep. They suck. And worse, they charge RIDICULOUSLY high prices to suck with! Brought my truck there few months ago. Not worth the long version. Short is pump was installed incorrectly. Was sticking DOWN under the FRAME and became the lowest part of the entire truck!!! If I had hit anything at all, it would have snapped off and become a major fire hazard! I'm not a mechanic and even to me common sense told you that was not the way to install it and yet the owner himself said everything look good... had to call the manufacturer who wanted photos and said he couldn't believe what he was seeing and was not right! Was not until I did that did they take the time to figure out it was supposed to be mounted up inside the frame rail and NOT sticking out down below it backwards. Keep in mind this is a shop now that charges thousands upon thousands of dollars for these things!!! Then the connection started leaking and had to fix. This required 4 diff trips and time and I was not local and had a 3 Hour Dr. each way. Both of these were big time fire hazards. Then pump failed completely 6 months later after assuring me they were “rock solid” and never had a fail… Parts free but charged me labor AGAIN to reinstall after selling me on the stupid bypass pump didn’t want to begin with but was told the OEM pump would fail and then their high dollar replacement DOES fail and they have the audacity to charge me again? WHAT? Why would you charge someone labor AGAIN when the pump you installed malfunctioned? No thanks. Scam someone else, this is my last time going there!!! Sadly I had to pay the bill because I never dreamed that they were going to charge me again! Many other issues as well. Not worth my time to list. Let’s just say that $7500 later, the price of a used car, not much was achieved and what was failed or leaked. Bottom line if the owner works on it you’re in ok shape. But he’s so busy he hands it off to his other monkey mechanics to tinker with and that’s when you’ve got all kinds of issues. Move on. Really. Just-move-on (notice EVERY bad complaint he gets he says the same thing, doesn’t have a record you have the wrong shop. Yeah right, as if there’s so many diesel shops to get confused with)
