My car was in their hands for an MONTH After trusting them with handling the electrical in my car. They didn’t tell me when it would be done, and I was continuously lead on for the duration of the month. I got my car back and both issues I came in for initially were not fixed. In fact, my car now has multiple new issues including, ac not working, car windows not working, key fob is wonky, broken glove box, and now my car needs a jump EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I was patient for the month and tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after receiving my car with these issues, I was then blamed/ridiculed for being justifiably upset. They did not take responsibility for any new damages to my car and gave me back a little $470 refund off of a $2100 faulty wiring job.It have been nice if they told me in the beginning they couldn’t do what needed to be done, but ofc they wanted my money. I would not come here as a woman and I would not trust them to do a good job. They clearly don’t take pride into their work to make sure customers get a quality job done to their vehicles. They didn’t test my car before they gave it to me and I’m sure they didn’t test it well during the initial diagnostic. when I came to pick it up after they said it was ready, unsurprisingly, it was not. I am disappointed in myself for trusting a small car shop for the first time. They are not setting a good example for other small businesses. I was hopeful this was a good trustworthy place with good people. I was wrong.

I went there in May 2024 to get my car fixed. My car was losing power and would not accelerate. Also, a bunch of lights would come on when this would occur. I spoke with Sam. He said if I put a new engine in my car that this would fix the problem. So, I did pay them to put a new engine in my car. A month later my car doing the same thing. I took my car back to them and Sam said it was my harness that held the coils into place, which I told him that in the beginning. Sam said they would be replacing the coils as well when they replaced the engine because I brought up the coils in the beginning. When I took it back, he fixed the harness and said it wasn't his fault. I told him he said replacing the engine would fix the problem and it didn't. When I arrived to get my car the second time after two weeks of my car being there it still wouldn't go past 40 miles per hour. I left it that day after he tried to convince me to take it home and bring it back the next day. However, it was NOT safe to drive so I left it. They replaced the coils and tried to charge me 600.00 to pick up my car without getting authorization to charge me 600.00. I told them that the coils should be under warranty if they replaced them in the beginning. They said they weren't under warranty. I personally purchased coils from AutoZone before and knew he was lying. He became angry and told me to be quiet he was speaking. Then told me to never call his business again and hung up. All of this while my car was still there. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I will be taking my car to Toyota to see if they even replaced the engine. If they didn't, I will be suing this business as well. If you're thinking of doing business with them RUN AWAY!!! Also, when I finally picked up my car someone had driven it over 100 miles and there was a red bull can in my car. When I called to ask about the missing gas, they told me that they had to test drive my car. I live 19 miles from their business which is by Metro Airport in Romulus. 100 miles is 5 trips to my house. I'm not sure where they test drove it too but 100 miles is too much for a test drive.

I have visited several times for tires and oil changes. They are always very professional, efficient, and affordable. They provide EXCELLENT customer service and I have no complaints about the quality of their work. I highly recommend this business, as I won't be going anywhere else for my car needs. I had a horrible experience they misdiagnosed my car 3 times and charged me for a part that they never put on my car the guy was extremely rude and disrespectful do not go here
