Located at 15 Harmon Ave in Sugar Grove, Pennsylvania (zip code 16350), moto-heaven is listed within the Auto Repair Stations platform category as a provider of auto parts. While its physical address suggests a local presence serving the community, the available customer reviews paint a severely concerning picture regarding their business practices, particularly concerning order fulfillment, communication, and customer service.

As an auto parts store within the Auto Repair Stations category, moto-heaven would typically be expected to provide local users with a reliable source for automotive components and accessories. The environment of a typical auto parts store includes shelves stocked with various parts, a counter for customer interaction and order processing, and potentially a small staff to assist with inquiries and order fulfillment. However, based on the extremely negative feedback, the operational reality of moto-heaven appears to deviate significantly from this expectation.

The primary service of an auto parts store is the sale and delivery of automotive parts. However, the customer reviews for moto-heaven indicate a complete breakdown in this fundamental service. Multiple customers report severe issues with their orders, including receiving incorrect items and, in one instance, a brake line ordered in July 2018 that was allegedly never delivered by May 2019 – a staggering ten-month delay. This complete failure to fulfill orders is a critical failure for any business operating within the auto parts sector.

A deeply troubling feature highlighted in the reviews is the apparent lack of communication and responsiveness from moto-heaven. One customer detailed attempting to rectify an incorrect order by speaking with someone named Jim, providing correct specifications and photographic evidence, only to be met with "radio silence." Subsequent attempts to contact the company via text, email, and phone proved futile, with the phone number eventually being out of service. Another customer echoed this lack of communication regarding a requested refund, stating that they received constant replies promising a follow-up that never materialized.

The inability to obtain refunds for undelivered or incorrect goods further exacerbates the negative customer experiences. One customer who returned incorrect items and requested a refund was allegedly told they would receive it the same day, yet over a week passed with no refund issued, ultimately forcing them to initiate a dispute through their bank. This suggests a severe disregard for customer rights and a failure to adhere to basic business practices regarding refunds for faulty or undelivered products.

Given the overwhelming negativity and the serious nature of the complaints – including non-delivery of goods after extended periods, complete lack of communication, and failure to process refunds – it is impossible to identify any positive promotional aspects or features of moto-heaven based on the available information. In fact, the consistent advice from multiple reviewers is to actively avoid doing business with moto-heaven and their associated HEL Performance USA website.

The repeated calls to "not support" this business and the explicit warnings against purchasing anything from them serve as a powerful counter-recommendation for any local users seeking auto parts in the Sugar Grove, PA area. The experiences shared indicate a high risk of encountering significant problems with orders, a complete lack of customer support, and potential difficulty in recovering funds for undelivered or incorrect items.

In conclusion, based on the overwhelmingly negative customer feedback, moto-heaven located at 15 Harmon Ave, Sugar Grove, PA, appears to be a business that local users should approach with extreme caution, if at all. The reported issues with incorrect orders, non-delivery after extended periods, complete lack of communication through multiple channels, and failure to process refunds raise serious concerns about their reliability and business ethics. For individuals in the Sugar Grove area needing auto parts, it would be prudent to seek alternative, more reputable suppliers with a track record of fulfilling orders accurately, communicating effectively, and providing satisfactory customer service. The available information strongly suggests that engaging with moto-heaven carries a significant risk of disappointment and financial loss.

moto-heaven Customer Reviews

Bought steel lines, showed up with incorrect fittings/lengths. Spoke to Jim, provided correct lengths and pictures of stock lines to have correct lines sent. Radio silence, sent back lines, waited almost three weeks, no response from text/email and number was out of service. Called the fax number and got through to request refund. Was told I would be refunded that day and it's been over a week with nothing. Having to dispute the transaction through the bank to get anywhere.

Please do not support Business which disappoint consumers. Order a brake line in Jul 2018 and till date May 2019 nothing was delivered. A refund was requested and they constantly constantly replied by saying they will get back asap. Just don't buy anything from Moto-Heaven and their HEL Performance USA site.

Ordered some brake lines online. They shipped quick! Got the wrong parts and there was a little delay in getting it corrected. But when I talked to their people, I could tell they cared about their business and their customers. I would order from them again!

This company has failed to follow through with a return/exchange process. I returned a shifter that I received as a gift, and it has been eight months, and they still refuse to ship back the correct one or refund my money.

I've been dealing with Jim and the gang at Moto-Heaven since 2012 when they helped me customize two of my hikes with awesome Hel brake lines and other parts. Since then two more of my bikes (KLR,Ktm 990, KTM 530) and a friends Ducati Monster. They've custom made parts and shipped them across the country for me, when I've been on multi-month rides! Always exceptional service!!! I highly recommend them! Jettn'Jim
