I don’t normally leave reviews, however, I’m quite disappointed with the decrease in quality from this shop. In June I had my front brakes and rotors changed. Fast forward to October I noticed my tires in the back had much less wear than the tires on the front. I decided to rotate them myself and while removing the front drivers side tire I cut my fingers on steel that had worn on the inside of the tire. Mind you, these tires had at least/if not more than a year of tread left on them. Looking at the tire it was clear to me that whoever the technician was who changed my brakes and rotors would have clearly been able to see that the tire was wearing unevenly, should have called me to suggest not only an alignment but also a tire re-rim so that the tire could wear evenly. I’m lucky I caught it myself when I did. Without knowing that tire could have easily popped while driving down the highway with my children in the car, not only possibly hurting us but other vehicles. Now I either need to find a used tire with the same amount of tread wear as the other three tires are fine, or get all new tires. I’m upset because this is negligence and laziness which could’ve caused serious harm. There’s no way the technician didn’t see the problem that could’ve been easily fixed. I used to rave about this shop. I don’t know what has happened with this shop, but I would be careful trusting the judgement of these technicians and I will be looking for a different shop.

It was a great experience. We were able to tow our truck down to their place and we got the pick up call within a couple days. We had two bent tierods that were replaced. Good service, good pricing, great turnaround to get it back to us.

Where to start......single handed worst experience of my life. Called and spoke to Mitch about getting a leveling kit installed on my 2015 Dodge Ram. Also needed 4 tires mounted to 4 new Rims and installed. Mitch said no problem! Told Mitch I could drop the truck off on Wednesday afternoon and absolutely needed it done by the end of the day Friday. Mitch said no problem. Dropped truck off Wednesday at 4 pm give or take. Didn’t get the truck back until Saturday afternoon around 2pm. First was told the truck needed a part costing over $400 that it did not need. I had to direct Mitch to the manufacturer of the leveling kit to prove it didn’t need an adjustable track bar that cost over $400. Supreme Lifts doesn’t even sell a track bar for a 2015 Ram 1500.....because it’s not needed!! Then was told the truck got stuck up in the air on the lift and due to electricity issues they couldn’t get the truck down. Every lift made has an emergency feature that allows you to manually lower the lift incase of emergency. Then was told the brand new rims I just bought had to be “damaged in shipping” because 1 rim was bent and couldn’t be properly balanced. Then when I picked up the truck there was a note stuck to the window saying the breaks were worn and needed replaced. I Had zero break issues before I dropped the truck off, now the rear breaks are rubbing and squeaking. Also, the receipt said that both rear rims were suspect??? They were brand new in the box!!! Finally, I drove the truck for about 20 miles today and the air pressure sensors in the tires stopped working and the dash shows an error in all 4 tires. You just can’t make this stuff up. To top it all off, Mitch originally wanted to charge me almost $1100 to install a 3 inch leveling kit to the front and back, mount and balance 4 tires and then bolt them on. $1100!!!!!!! For 4 hours work tops. Did I mention I brought him the tires, rims, leveling kit, and lug nuts. He had nothing in this but labor. A job that would take any amateur mechanic 4 hours tops. Do not trust this shop to do anything. They are unskilled and unqualified to do any type of suspension work. Again, single worst auto repair experience of my life.
