Called to find out if they had a certain vehicle at their location. The lady who answered was very short and dismissive with me. When I asked again to clarify, she hung up on me. I tried to call back 3 times. Wanted to make sure we didn't get "disconnected" yeah, she ended call and sent to non existing VM. Then I was blocked.... I guess people don't really like money. All for a part! Don't waste your time. FLM has it

I decided to not come here due to all of the bad reviews. Sorry Moore's. But their has to be a reason for the many bad reviews.Do better.

Granite the only reason I used them is because It was a Saturday and It says open until 2. Well I found out however that they stop taking non ferrous at 1230 at about 1210 so it ended up being a rushed experience with them rushing through our transaction. Idk if they think since I'm female I'm clueless or if they rip everyone off but they definitely ripped me off. Considering I had all types separated already into grades and they weighed it separate like they should of but when I got my receipt leaving it was almost impossible to read bc of a printer error I guess. But i can see enough to see that even tho they weighed my bare bright copper, my #1 and my #2 separate. Number #1 and #2 are they only ones on my receipt. Same with my wire,cable and thhn. Weighed them all correctly but gave me the cheap insulated wire price for it all. Gave me dirty aluminum price and there price for brass is way below current average. Is this a normal for everyone here? Either way will not be back!

The lowest that I can rate is 1 star but they dont deserve that. I had every metal cleaned and seperated. I had several radiators and alum rims etc. They weighed seperate but combined the weights and pd me the lowest price in each catagory. On the 3 radiators that I had, they pd a weight of 4lbs. I had another radiator at home exactly the same as one of the radiators that i took and it alone weighed 15 lbs....by the time I received my money and receipt, all my brass, copper, alum, stainless and radiators had been added to their piles so being cheated could not be noticed until it was too late. They cheated me and when I started reading reviews after I got home and decided to review them myself, I realized that they evidently cheat alot of people. There were numerious reviews almost identical to my experience within the last 3 weeks or so. Do not give these people your business unless you want to lose money and waste your time.
