Someone directed me into the garage upon arrival. They were polite and explained where to wait as my oil change “The Works” was being done. Snacks and fresh coffee were available while I was waiting. I looked at the beautiful new cars in the showroom contemplating which one was going to be my next lease! My car was done in no time- less than an hour. They gave me my receipt said I owed nothing because I had a maintenance warranty. As he handed my key fob back he instructed me where my car was parked. Very nice dealership! Clean.

When I called to schedule my service I expected to be asked if I want my vehicle to be picked up then dropped back off to me when completed. Or if I wanted my service completed at my house, neither were offered. I also thought I would get a courtesy car wash with my $86 oil change but I guess that doesn’t happen anymore either! I even asked about the car wash and apparently you have to ASK for the courtesy car wash haha! So it seems the prices of everything sky rocket and costumer service takes a hit! Everyone is so nice and pleasant during the car buying process and now you got us hook line and sinker, turn off the charm and the common courtesy. Ya know come to think of it I wasn’t even greeted when I walked into the service department! I even drove out of my way to this store because I didn’t like the store that is 3 mins from me and I thought oh Fairlawn they should be good, joke is on me I guess!
