Montrose Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service Department

My wife and I were traveling from Kentucky to Niagara Falls when we had a major break system malfunction with our RAM 2500 with our 10,000 lb 5th-wheel camper in tow. Being only 7 miles away from Montrose Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Kingsville, I called and spoke to Service Advisor Kim Price. I advised I was dropping my camper and on my way to their service center to request their assistance in diagnosing my mechanical problem. Understanding the nature of our dire situation Kim got to work right away. She coordinated with Service Manager Samantha Hutchison and Service Technician Vinny Brenneman advising them of my pending arrival. By the time I arrived 20 minutes later they had cleared a service bay and were prepared to inspect my vehicle. Within an hour Vinny had diagnosed and repaired my break system problems. He and Kim showed me the faulty issues related to break system service at my regular service center in Kentucky. Kim coordinated with that service center in Kentucky to have them pay for the emergency repairs so I would not be out of pocket for the parts and labor at Montrose. Within a couple of hours we were on our way again to Niagara Falls knowing my RAM truck was again safe to operate. I cannot say enough about the excellent service and compassionate understanding exhibited by Samatha Hutchison, Kim Price, and Vinnie Brenneman at Montrose Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM of Kingsville, OH. Came in for my first oil change and tire rotation. I waited in the lobby while the service was being performed. Mrs. Hannah (Robinson) offered me coffee and snacks, which was very thoughtful. The entire service, including tire rotation, took less than 1 hour. Manager Chris Ross was able to get me in on my day off, and I really appreciate that! Highly recommended and zero complaints! My car started having engine trouble during a road trip and I needed to stop to get it looked at. This was the closest dealership from the freeway exit where I got off. It was 4:30 on a Friday and they closed at 5pm. The technicians not only checked out my car, they made my dog feel right at home. Unfortunately they weren't able to complete the repair but they were able to give me enough information to send me on my way. I'm so grateful to this service department for making me feel cared for during a stressful time.
