I didnt want to wait for the weekend to get new pads installed by myself ,after they began squealing. So I went in with my own brake pads to get them swapped I asked for the price upfront to get it done. (Mind you i only needed the rear changed) it was $160 per hour. I had my car done in 30 mins and ended up paying $260. You’d think they wouldve charged me half an hour. Not like they were hurting for money there. Def need to be patient and shop around . It’s unfortunate because my family and I go there all the time . I shouldve just said no when he said $160. Even more so at 260 for just rear.

On January 31, 2025, I visited for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I observed that some employees were discussing sensitive issues related to customers in the lobby, where other patrons could easily overhear. This incident is concerning, especially since it is the second time I have witnessed this behavior during my visits. I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention for the comfort and privacy of all customers.

Went in on Friday to get some new rear tires. They seemed that they were quite busy but despite that they got my car in real quick and got the tires replaced in 30 minutes. There was plenty of seating and the area was clean while you waited for your car. I will 100% be coming back for any tire troubles I have.

Went in late Friday Afternoon for another nail in the tire…The entire staff was friendly and accommodating! They had us all fixed up in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend this location!

I took my car to get an alignment earlier today. I got a call back about 2 hours later saying they were unable to provide me with an alignment because I have parts on my car going bad. Which is fine. Thank you for not working on my car. However. I got a bill for $45 at the end for "A technician fee". I know for a fact you aren't paying anyone over $20 an hour. $45 is ridiculous to have someone look at your car for 3 minutes and say we can't do it. I wouldn't go here. I'd take all of your needs to Royal RV in Middlebury.

While out of town, tire pressure lowered with warning. Had a screw in the tire. Stopped at Monteith's. Best decision. They got us in immediately and fixed the tire. We had our Aussie with us and let him come in while we waited. We had outstanding customer service! Thank you!
