called up there for an oil filter they said they didn't have it they said they would have it in the morning so good to be there to pick it up drive 45 minutes to the store to the job site guess what they never ordered it

Up and coming. The new owners of this store recently took it over and made major changes to stock, personnel, and customer service policy. So far this month I've spent $2500 there because they are sourcing hard to find racing products for me. This will probably be a 5 star establishment once they have everything ironed out and put the seams in the right spots

Went in 9:30 Saturday morning 2 employees working not one came out to assist me. One was on phone talking about getting drunk. Not a very good selection of whisper blades. Has a sign offering to put the blades on but never offered until I said something. For this the be a hometown store it did not seem like that to me. Very disappointed.

I was in the area and had a bolt rattle out on an exhaust hanger. Unfortunately, this was a custom-built system, and required some "figuring." Mickey was behind the counter, and even though it was close to the end of her day, she very patiently helped me find the right parts to get back on the road, all with a smile on her face. Thanks again for the great service!

I returned something yesterday and it had to be put back on my card. Call today and I get someone who’s rude and tells me it could take time to get it returned to my card. Not sure if it was done right or not but nobody would look into it for me so.....but it shouldn’t take that long 🤦🏻‍♀️
