Wow what an awesome experience! Just happened to be in the area dropping off my daughter at school when the low tire pressure light came on. I stopped in expecting to just get it patched or simply put air in it (they have a functioning free air compressor in the front which is awesome!) but I was so impressed with the staff that I decided to get 4 new tires right then and there. Tyson was incredibly kind and thoughtful and took the time to walk me around d the store showing me a variety of different brands and tread patterns of different tires. I did check around online and everything I found was consistent with what he told me as far as prices and brand quality. It was clear. He was not only knowledgeable and courteous, he was HONEST!! And that is the most important thing for me when doing anything with my cars. Devon was incredibly helpful and courteous as well, the tires look great and I am now planning on coming back here for my brakes and anything else I need done for my car. Count me as a customer for life thanks to Tyson and Devon and the honesty, integrity, and professionalism they offered me walking in on a whim. Maverick was awesome! Friendly and helpful, he answered all my questions with language I could understand he showed me what my brakes look like and what a normal break should look like which was very helpful. He gave me options on how to repair my brakes. He had me in and out of there quickly. I will definitely go back there again for brakes and tires.

I'll never go back to any one of these places. Alot to explain. Paid for an alignment that never got done 156.00. Never got my money back. Supposedly they were supposed to not do my alignment because of my control arm. Smh..... I have my printout, I went to Monroe st. Only to go to another monroe tire and they printed out 2000.00 in issues. I don't need a 250.00 car battery and labor was 84 to put it in smh. I got a battery brand new for 144.00 somewhere else. And the employees are all rude,the workers smoke cigarettes while walking around doing nothing. Don't go TO ANY OF THESE PLACES EVERRRRR.

I had a Groupon for an alignment. I gave it as a gift to my husband, so he could get my car an alignment. When you give a gift from Groupon. It gets printed out on a piece of paper and when it prints, it prints the redemption code, a QR code and a bar scan code. So it’s basically just like you got your phone, but it’s on a piece of paper. When my husband presented this to him, Tyson proceeded to tell my husband that he cannot accept that that the person has to be here in person with the Groupon on their phone. Company policy. And he also explained this to me on the phone. He supposedly offered for my husband to come get me but I am on oxygen and unfortunately, at that time I only had a limited supply of oxygen tanks. So of course my husband said no. Tyson proceeded to charge him full price total of $145.45. I called Tyson when my husband got home to see if I could get the money refunded and if I really have to I’ll come up with my phone. Tyson proceeded to tell me no. He stated his company policy that the person has to be here with the phone. I asked if the person has to be there then why would it be an option to give it as a gift. I explained how Groupon works and he decided to pacify me and just blame everything on Groupon. Towards the end of the conversation, I asked for a phone number for someone higher up And he had to look for it. In the meantime, I again offered to come up there. When I stated he was refusing me to come up there he stated that he did not refuse. So no means no. That’s refusing. After that he just ignored me. Didn’t say nothing. Ignore me. I even called out him out, saying oh you’re gonna ignore me now. That’s pretty professional of him. Once he found the phone number he gave it to me, and that was the end of our conversation. And yes, absolutely I called him an asshole before I hung up. Of course it’s Saturday corporate is not open so I have to wait till Monday. I called corporate on Monday. I explain the situation. They put me on hold to call the store and talk to the manager. When the person came back online with me, he stated that the manager said there was no redemption code on the piece of paper. It was just a piece of paper with a picture of Monro tires, and with the service was. He flat out lied. If you would’ve took a minute to observe the whole piece of paper, he would’ve seen the redemption code, the QR code and the scan Barcode. Speaking with corporate, I find out that it is not company policy for the person had to be there with their phone. So that means he lied again. This just completely floors me that a manager would be this unprofessional. But then it’s Toledo so I should’ve expected it. On my call with corporate I requested that I get my $145.45 refunded and they use my Groupon. This had to go to a supervisor. The guy said he’d call me back and never called me back. I even asked if he was really going to call me back and he said yes. I called back the next day again I get the same story about how I didn’t have a redemption code on it and that’s just a flat out lie. I’m just so irritated that this Tyson man lied about this. Lied to me, blame it on Groupon, lied to me about it being a corporate policy. After the second call, I was told I would be reached out to you within 24 to 48 hours with a decision. Today is Thursday. I have yet to hear anything. all I’m asking is a refund of the difference between what I was charged and what I paid for my Groupon. I was charged $145.45, my Groupon was $69.49. That is a difference of $75.96 that I would like refunded back to me. Anyone with common sense and decency knows this is completely wrong. And that it should be made right. I will never return to that store nor will I suggest it to any of my friends. I have no problem with contacting the Better Business Bureau and writing bad reviews. Please do right about this, to save others from going through the hassle, and because you know it is the right thing to do. Also Tyson should be looked into. That is not a way to manage a company. Think you need to find a new manager

Work done ok never had a issue now new people there and they leave a black marker mark inside my car wasn't there before and I don't even own a black marker but the mechanic does and lied to my face saying he didn't do it
