This person's customer service was absolutely horrible. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what but you gotta do better than that. No greetings in the door, no acknowledgement that I was even there. I had to get his attention twice. Everyone else was great when I went in 2 days prior. Was helped right away. If I was a manager there, I would have walked him out right then.

They were very helpful. I had taken my car to get fixed, and the mechanic charged me $416. I asked O'Reilly to look up the part that the mechanic had ordered. The part for my car was $109, and the mechanic charged me $275 for the part. I also needed free-on for my air conditioning, I know for a fact that my air conditioner was intact, this mechanic cut my hose to my air conditioning, then he also took out some screws to my headlights, wanting me to come back to him, I will never go back to him. I asked O'Reilly for help, as in where can I take my car to get my air conditioner to get fixed. Thank God that they told me where to go... They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I give them, 100 Jeanette stars ✨

Rude manager named Tariq!!! First time customer and I have never experienced such poor customer service. Went in to purchase front and back brake pads for my vehicle after my mechanic was finished he told me they charged me for motorcycle brake pads. Fine, I didn't use the product I can return the brake pads for a MOTORCYCLE. I was then told by the manager for that shift that the purchase on the receipt belonged to a card number that was not mine... the man name TARIQ forced refunded the money onto someone else's card after I told him that was not my card number. Walked up on me, very rude and careless and told me their wasn't anything he could do to assist me. This manager Tariq was so rude and aggressive other men had to come to my defense because he walked up on me physically grabbing the product from out of my hands. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before... this is a Manager? Very, rude I shouldn't have had this experience. This store needs female workers, its sad how woman are treated when it involves car maintenance. I will NEVER go back here again. Store manager TARIQ WAS VERY RUDE!

David saved my life yesterday seriously! He helped me with every last thing i needed, showed me what break fluid was meant for my car, showed me where it went, helped me fill my fluids & was honestly excellent the whole time. I was & still am super satisfied, David was extremely friendly & funny as well! He made my experience here wonderful!! Appreciate you again David!! Will look for you next time as well!!
