I just had a very good experience at this location. I’ve never felt so confident and comfortable getting repairs done than I did recently. The manager explained everything from what was found in the inspection, the breakdown of the quoted work for the repairs and my alternate options for the repairs. I was initially unsure if I wanted to pay the money to get the repairs done here but after my interactions with the Manager I went ahead and allowed them to do what needed done. He was very honest and never tried to up sale me on anything. The inspection was thorough and confirmed my initial thoughts on what was wrong with my vehicle without me saying what I thought the problem was. The work took quite a bit of time out of my free day from work but I did not mind at all because the service team was extremely polite and provided updates as much as they could. I highly recommend this location for inspections and work if it’s feasible. You don’t often find an auto repair shop with this kind of honesty and integrity. I contribute that to the current team in place. I feel horrible I didn’t not get their names and I truly apologize but if they are able to read this huge THANK YOU!!!

Horrible experience! They installed a new tire I purchased from them. The manager explained that he didn't know how to calibrate the tams unit and that I would need to go to the Auto Dealership. I had to go home first and I read in the manual how to recalibrate it. It worked for about 1 mile and then notification that it was bad. I attempted to recalibrate it 2x more times with no success. I went to the Dealer who calibrated it the same way AFTER letting air out of the tire as it was way over inflated. And the calibration didn't hold. I went back to Monro, they informed me that there is nothing they could do as they are not capable of replacing it. I asked for the corporate #, the manager gave it to me, I looked at him and said "you would think that you/Monro would want to do the right thing for your customers". At which point he stated that I was to leave and was no longer in their facility. Yeah, horrible customer experience.

My truck was towed to this shop because it wouldn’t start on April 5th I got it back on the 7th. According to the guy in the shop it was a new starter for a 2014 ford f150 Told me it needed brakes and rotors and oil leak the total for all three would be around 1600.00 dollars I told him I can take care of nrakea and rotors and oil leak because I knew anout that it is a very tiny leak so to just do the starter Mind you starters brand new are around $190.00 He kept receiving broken housing on the starters he order so the fourth one was a go go and pick it up and charges me 1009.00 because he said he worked on it for 72 hours. And mo He did not they had my truck 72 hours but was not worked on for 72 hours I was irate about the prices talk about taking advantage of a woman He then brought it down to $717,17 Which is still extremely high Should not have been more than 400.00 dollar job I do not recommend due to the over pricing Abusing women in this way is not good

I had the pleasure of working with Anthony the shop manager over at Monroe Auto and it was beyond a pleasure. Anthony was closing up shop on Saturday night when I arrived with my car hardly able to get there! He welcomed me in with open arms and assurance that he would not only diagnose all issues but make sure that I was in good hands! I really appreciate this company and I decided to use them based on reviews online and from a personal friend whose family used this shop! I highly recommend this location and if you’re lucky you will get to work with Anthony directly who is very knowledgeable and beyond nice to work with!!

On site manager was very friendly and was able to repair a couple of leaking tires free of charge during my oil change and tire rotation. I'll definitely be recommending this shop to anyone looking to get some work done.
