Y’all! This was the most wonderful experience. Shawn (Sean?) is the store manager and he was absolutely incredible. I was run off the interstate by a semi on the Friday of Labor Day weekend. There would have been a 20 car pile up, but many of us ran off the road, including me. Slamming on my brakes so hard really did a number on them. I made calls to 5 shops on Saturday morning and Shawn was the only person who answered. He was able to show me what was happening with my brakes at the bay and get me fixed up. Of course he did have to replace the calipers, rotors, and pads. But I am so thankful for him. 10 outta 10 stars.

The manager was awesome and went above and beyond to be helpful My work was completed when expected The mechanic forgot to do part of the job and placed a dirty tire, unwrapped, on my fabric seats without asking me if that was alright. My car is used for business and it's obvious that it's been thoroughly cleaned, so it was just careless to put a dirty tire there The manager helped. She wrapped the tire, cleaned the seat and did the part of the job that the mechanics didn't do. She's the reason for the stars, otherwise it would have been 2.

John was super helpful, he is honest, truthful, upfront, polite and professional. He is the best there and knows how to communicate well. He was understanding and helpful with complex situation of my RAM Truck. I think John would make a great manager or director in a corporate field of this Auto Service.

Stay clear. Short staffed, rude and uninformative, 3 hours for an oil change, tried blaming me for damage they did, and threatened me as I left. Oh, and over charged me (even charged for a replacement of something they damaged). This is not a good place. Edit: Over 2 months since this incident and Monro pushed the issue to Travelers Insurance who are offering 5% of the repair cost due to Monro's negligence. I am out $1200 dollars to fix the damage from their negligence. All this for a convenient oil change and tire rotation. Can we do negative reviews?

Love getting my vehicle serviced at Monro Muffler in Middletown. The Manager David and his team is fantastic, and very knowledgeable. He is very thorough and gives me a heads up if he notices anything that may be an issue later down the road. Even if it's busy they always try to work out best times to get things service done. Will always go here.
